Professional workmanship and service. One reason for not giving five star is the price. If I had to pay out of pocket, I may look for second option. Otherwise, it’s all good.

Daniel G and his team were helpful and was accommodating when needed. They made my vehicle look new again after a deer ran into it~ the paint job is better than when I bought new and they kept me informed of the process and progress the vehicle got fast repair and everything works great again~ would recommend very busy and not much parking but overall glad I chose them for our repair

I just had to some work done on my cadilac after a gentleman backed into it. Miguel is the Man. He got me in and taken care of promptly and kept me up to date on every detail of the repair. Excellent, customer service.

I recommend the other location off of 281. The other location has better parking, more responsive staff, and didnt miss details on the damages to my car. Parking was so bad, I was late to my appointment by 20min & my ride had to park & my ride had to park at the nearby gas station. My assigned mechanic did work with the opposing insurance (Amica), who was very difficult to work with. The progress on my car was updated on an app so I didnt have to waste time calling the shop. They cleaned my car, which I wasnt expecting. It was a nice surprise, however, there were spots that were missed, which I ended up cleaning.

Wife’s Genesis GV80 was hit by a deer. Caliber has been our choice for repair for multiple vehicles in the past due to quality work and customer service…super job once again. Not ready when told to come and get it, but it was not ready, I spotted areas on frt bumper not properly placed on side panels, had small buckling. Rep said that was best they can do, I wasn’t happy with his answer. plus I pointed out the shop put on new scratches on another panel never damaged from incident, put there after they got possession to fix. Rep agreed. They had to keep another day to fix. As if Rep didn’t check my SUV on fixes before he told me to come in town to pickup. Disappointed. When eventually got SUV I pointed out to Rep that I noticed tiny chip on windshield where deer hit the windshield, Caused by deer. Not sure if it will eventually lead to cracking. They took pic and notified insurance carrier after claim closed. Waiting to hear outcome. But the major part of SUV that was damaged was eventually repaired.
