Greetings all, Wanted and needed to leave a review about the folks over at the 1802 TX-1604 Loop, San Antonio, TX. A year ago I had the pleasure of coming across an amazing group of hard working and caring Texans that took care of my family and I when we were in need. Once again I found myself in need of repairs to my vehicle (Texas is rough on vehicles ). The service that was provided by this team which once again consisted of courteous, highly trained, and dedicated professionals is second to none. You will not regret seeking their services. I am very pleased with the service and hospitality. I received at the caliber collision on Marbach Road. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful and did a great job fixing my vehicle and detailing it before I picked it up. Great job caliber. I would recommend you to everybody.

I wanted to give this location a good review, but there are areas for improvement in their customer service. I brought my vehicle in at the end of October 2024, hoping to support a new business in my area. While the initial reception was fine, I noticed discrepancies later. I was required to sign a document noting my fuel level at 3/4 of a tank, but when I got my car back, it had only 1/2 a tank. When I asked for a reimbursement, the GM, Alexa, bluntly refused, stating the gas was used for sensor alignment. Their system kept me informed throughout the process, and USAA, my insurance company, also provided updates. However, when I picked up the vehicle, they parked it in low light, which raised my suspicions. I asked Eric (A Good service Rep)to move it into the sunlight, and I found buffer dust on the repaired side, suggesting they were trying to hide something. The doors weren’t properly aligned but were adjusted after I pointed it out. Once home, I noticed the door molding wasn’t installed correctly. Now, in January 2025, I haven’t driven the car since the repair, and I just discovered the spare tire is hanging crooked. This location needs to improve attention to detail and customer service.

Alexa called me for an update after I hadn't heard from them since the previous week. She was threatening because I was asking for a re do on some paint blemishes she did not want to correct. She was upset that they were having to even do the work and made sure I knew it. She blamed me for the painting errors and was blatantly rude. I was in shock and scared after her call. Marbach/1604 location

The first picture posted is of the vehicle with minimum bumper damage they charged $4000 to the insurance did not replace the bumper patched it up charged the insurance for a new bumper was upset with me because I knew they had been lying to me about working on my vehicle and taking recordings of them Scamming the Insurance complained to management they did not care all photos are of the vehicle after they fixed it missing screw screws bumper impact beam not bolted all the way Cracks in paint trunk does not close now properly Panels loose inside the vehicle by window very poor slap together job

I was very pleased with how fast and efficient they repaired my van. Everyday I received a update on my van. And I got it a day earlier then I was told. It was Shiney and nice and cleaned.
