I had an amazing experience at this Caliber Collision. John communicated with me as the repair progressed, and went above and beyond by having my vehicle delivered when my wife was out of town. My 4Runner looks perfect again, and I highly recommend Caliber for any vehicle repairs you might need!

Sincerely disappointed. Went to this location before and had such a great experience so when I needed a window repaired...returned only to be over-billed. a) Made an appointment to have an estimate for the driver side rear quarter panel window repaired. During estimate, "John" said it would take 2.7 hours...and then said, "I'm going to add 1 extra hour just in case the glass shatters and we need to vacuum the car". Fine. b) Repair day comes. Wife drives the car in 9:30am Feb 4. Asks for a porter to drive her to Starbucks across the street so she can take work calls. (no internet at the Caliber Collision). They promise a porter. c) At 10:30am, after sitting in the waiting room for an hour, there was a pleasant surprise! The car is done! d) During checkout, noticed that the bill still stated 3.7 hours worth of labor. Inquired about why we were being charged for 3.7 hours when it only took 1 hour. e) "Jesse" said, "I dunno, it's not my estimate and I can't change it." f) Asked Jesse again, how to adjust the bill to reflect actual labor hours. g) Jesse replied that "that's just how the system bills, it automatically puts those labor hours in and it cannot be adjusted", implying that 3.7 hours is the minimum labor hours (book rate) that we would have to pay for even if it only took 1 hour, and the glass did not break.

Went to get an estimate on my 2024 Mercedes for a scratch on the rear passenger door. They quoted me 1,700. He told me that that price was if they didn’t break any parts. He said if they break any parts when doing the repairs I have to pay for the parts that they break. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. These guys are crooks and I will be filing a complaint with USAA. USAA should not be working with this company. I will make sure that happens very soon.

Caliber collision was very easy to work with. They even finished my car earlier than expected and when I got it back, it had been washed and was in absolutely perfect condition. Looks better than it has in months! Would absolutely trust them to work on my car again if the need arose.

I can't speak much for price comparisons as I took the insurance recommendations, but the repair was flawless, they assign an employee you can keep in touch with for progress or anything else. Caliber seems the place to go to get the job done right.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Given a daily update of progress. Car was returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in and in great shape. This is the second good experience I've had with this shop. I highly recommend them.

Had a deer run into the side of my VW in Timberwood Park one evening. Brought my car into Caliber and was met by friendly staff who all seemed very attentive. Repair was fairly quick, with the car being completed a week earlier than quoted. Upon inspection, I noticed that the quarter panel that was replaced wasn’t lining up exactly, causing a noticeable gap between body panels. After 2 times of taking my car into the back for adjustment, there is still a noticeable body gap between the hood and quarter panel and the headlight and quarter panel. I understand that when a vehicle is wrecked, some pieces might not align exactly. Honesty just wanted the car back but I’m still indifferent about the repair…🫤

I had a really good experience with Caliber Collision on Outlook/281. The customer service was excellent! While I waited I watched Isabel (receptionist) treat everyone with exceptional kindness & respect. Brady was also very nice & helpful. I need a little more work done on my truck and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend the crew at the Outlook location.

Our epic, ugly journey started off fine 10 months ago when we had this location repair our 2012 Jeep Liberty after an accident. We got the car back fairly quick but it was missing two large trim pieces that they promised they would get in and call us. summary of their extremely poor service: 1. They have NEVER called me, I always had to call them. 2. After a month, I called and they said the trim was in. When I drove all the way over there (it's quite a drive), they only had one of the two trim pieces. They installed the one and promised to get the other one. 3. over the course of the remaining 9 months I've called them 3 or 4 times, every time they make excuses and don't have the trim piece. 4. On a whim I spent 10 or 11 minutes and found 7 places online that had the trim piece in stock. I called Caliber and when I told him, he said he was looking for it on ebay... that was our last communication - months ago. I no longer care about their problems. They need to get my trim in hand and install it with no more lame excuses. Update: they ordered the wrong trim yet again. It been months since this latest mistake on their part and no call. This is WAY past ridiculous.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision and Jesse at their Overlook location. The repair to my vehicle was excellent, communication with Jesse was superb, and my vehicle was completely earlier than the the estimated date. I highly recommend Caliber Collision-Overlook.
