The lady who was responsible for checking what was part of the accident was not knowledgeable at all. She was saying that the lights on the truck were not unaligned because of the crash on corner of drivers side of my car, and saying that my car came like that from the factory. It was a very stressful negotiation. She called the manager, and he agreed with me. When she talked to the insurance adjuster. She said that was not part of the accident. My car is fixed on the competidor. I do not recommend this place.

Well what can I say? The truck came back in a decent condition but the interior was completely in disarray. Stuff was everywhere just piled in a mess. The exterior came with a bunch of scuffs and scratches that were never there. I think the interior disarray was them looking for a jack which I don't understand why a collision place doesn't have their own jacks. Even after giving it back the job is still not done. I would expect more from a nationwide company that does these things.

Yes, my daughter has an older car 2005 Honda, It took a week to fix the driver side, picked it up took it back next morning, supposedly fixed, took the following morning and got back saying that they needed a part. Part took like 3 weeks to arrive, and still doors aren't working properly. Their answer is we should have never taken your car because it is older. So 3 months later and the car doors don't close properly. They wanted to charge me the 2nd time I took the car, yeah, right, fix the cars properly. The car door was not put on properly either inside their is gaps on the door handles. Photo of damage

Joshua and Nathan helped get my door hinge replaced. They were cordial, professional, and very kind to deliver my Jeep (live close by the shop). I ran into a problem with my window not rolling up completely and diagnosed the issue related to a part that had to be removed to replace the door hinge. They were super prompt and courteous when I went back to get the part replaced the next business day.

Was not kept up to date on repairs. Was finished 15 days after Was told it would be ready and that was the only correspondence they had with me. I had to call them for everything. It took them 50 days to fix my rear fender and door. The repair was excellent but due to the lack of communication I gave them a 2.
