Great service and excellent work!! Kim was awesome. I was kept in the loop of the whole process. My vehicle was repaired and looks as good as new! They also cleaned my vehicle so it looks great on the inside as well. The quality of the work and customer service is second to none!

Excellent service and they took care of me and my vehicle! Kimberly was fantastic, the staff was always nice and answered all my questions AND they washed my vehicle before giving it back. I’m so satisfied and happy they treated me and my car so well!

Booked an appointment through an insurance company. The front desk person who took the call, booked the appointment with all the details without issue.... then when I arrived, I sign the paperwork only to be told they won't do it because it's glass only. Then why did you let us schedule that specific job???? They had a windshield replacement on their books for 9 days just to have me come in and say they don't do windshield replacements. Thanks for wasting my time and gas and then trying to make me feel like the idiot when it was you guys and the insurance company who worked out the details.... I was thr line when it happened. You guys dropped the ball. Customers, Do yourselves a favor and find a different shop.... maybe one who's parking lot doesn't feel like an accident waiting to happen.

I was looking for a car repair shop but I didn’t know where to go because I’m from out of town so I had a friend recommend me to caliber & to ask for Kim so when I went there I spoke with Kim & I told her about my car & she was very professional & kind they did a wonderful job I will recommend Kim to anybody thank u Kim & caliber!

I went to a few shops to get my truck repaired & they gave me the run around about how long it might take so I ended up going to caliber speaking with Kim & she went out her way to explain to me the process about fixing my truck & that she could get the job done & she did I really appreciate Kim because a lot of shops don’t care how long u wait for your vehicle Kim did & I must say I really appreciate Kim for that thank u

The repair made on my car looks great! But I think the time allocated is quite too long (one month for rear end bumper repair) and probably overpriced. Mediocre customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collision on New Bern Avenue to repair my car. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. I worked with DeVon F. and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he completed the repairs. The craftsmanship was impeccable. He color-matched the paint perfectly and there wasn’t a trace of the previous scratches. As a bonus, he even washed and vacuumed my car before returning it to me. I hope I never have to use Caliber Collision again, but if so, I will definitely choose them.
