My experience with Caliber Collision - Glenwood Ave was the smoothest & simplest I've had. Tim, the service advisor assigned to my repair, was compassionate, detailed, and transparent throughout the process, keeping me well-informed the entire time. Upon completion, the vehicle appears as if nothing had ever happened to it. I proudly recommend this repair shop to any & all who need their services.

Terrible service. They make you wait a long time for repairs that in other places are done in one day. In my case, they damaged a seat while cleaning and they didn't take responsibility. 👎 Pésima atención. Te hacen esperar mucho por reparaciones que en otros lugares se hacen hasta en un día. En mi caso dañaron un asiento limpiando y no se hicieron cargo. 👎

They were very fast at completing the estimate for my vehicle repairs. Unfortunately, my vehicle was considered a total loss, but the staff made this a pleasant experience despite the outcome.

Anybody will tell you that parking there is rough. The initial time estimate for my repairs was off, but some delays are to be expected when parts need ordered. Repairs were terrific and the mechanics are very thorough.

Bruce was absolutely amazing! He updated me throughout the process, was very responsive when / called and asked questions and assured my experience was an exceptional one. I also had a very great interaction with the young man that's there on an apprenticeship who drove me home after dropping my car off at Caliber. He was so nice, relatable and a safe driver. Overall this was an amazing experience and of course I hope I don't have to be back anytime soon lol but in the case that I did, I know I'd be in great hands.

I'm so pleased with my experience with Caliber Collision. I needed some insurance work done and had an out-of-pocket issue I wanted to work on. They were great and the results are better than I had hoped for. Dropoff with Nick was easy and he shared some initial thoughts and got the estimate process started. Bruce was very helpful and kept me updated on the progress and a few options that came up. When they were getting the run-around on some parts he got things moving again quickly. The admin staff were also great getting me routed to the right person when I needed to do some schedule planning. All-around an excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for insurance or out-of-pocket work.

I was able to make an online appt, where I gave the make and model of my vehicle, received a confirmation email and upon entry into the establishment, the front desk staff let me know that they no longer do work on the make of my vehicle, which was odd considering I had just been there a few month prior due to someone backing into my parked car. When I had expressed frustration to her on my ability to make an appt and perhaps it would be a nice change corporate made to their website to not allow someone with the same make of my vehicle to schedule an appt. , she let me know in a not so kind manner that she did not control what corporate does. She had no empathy that I had just driven 20 mins to the establishment and took no responsibility for the company's actions.

It may seem impossible to love a collision shop, but we love this place. They make the process easy, have nice people, rental car arrangements… you name it. Wreck? This is the place to sort it out.
