I submitted a claim the end of December and could not believe the exemplary customer service I experienced at Caliber. They definitely went above and beyond and communicated throughout the entire life of the claim. They delivered the vehicle way before the promised date and the vehicle was returned looking better than when we bought it. I’ve never been so pleased with any service in my life.

Had a serious safety concern having to do with headlight bulbs basically being inop after getting my wifes car back. Didn't notice until months later when i drove in front of her at night during winter (very rare occasion, thankfully i caught it because she didnt know the difference). Chris intervened and set things right, which is greatly appreciated.

Definately the place for an A+ job. My Tesla was fixed and the car looks brand new. I had an excellent Service advisor, Jordan Ross at the 23rd ave location. I highly recommend him. These people are nice and are excellent at what they do. So if you want the job done right go to Caliber on 23rd Ave and ask for Jordan!!

I had my car sideswiped and needed to have it repaired. Caliber was very easy to work with, and dealt with my insurance and rental car on my behalf. They had my car done before the estimated date by a week, and it looks fantastic. I could not be happier with the work and customer service.

A tree had fallen on my truck damaging the roof and truck bed. Took it to Caliber just off of I-17 and Happy Valley Rd. Great people. Attention to detail. And an overall desire to get it right for the customer. My service advisor, Robert, was on top of it. His timetable for the repairs was perfect and he kept in contact throughout the process to ensure I was up-to-date with the progress. They worked with my insurance so I never had to play middleman. Repairs were completed on time and like brand new.

My husband and both experienced significant hail damage on our cars due to a monsoon storm in July. Both of us used Caliber Collision for the repairs and the experience could not have been better from start to finish for both cars. Megan is very organized, efficient and gets things done in a friendly manner. Jordan handled the appointment for the estimate as well as the repair. He was very easy to work with, did what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it. Perfect! The gentleman who actually did the repair work is a master. Both our cars look like nothing ever happened. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for a positive and efficient repair experience.

This shop is great! The work they did was perfect, and they managed to get my car back to me 2 full weeks ahead of the original estimated return date. If I ever need work done again, I will definitely be coming back here.

I initially used Caliber last year as they are a preferred repair shop. I have been so pleased with the service, communication, professionalism, and the work quality. I had to visit them again this year and I wouldn’t use any other company for repairs. They stand by their products with an excellent warranty. I highly recommend them to anyone needing car repair services.
