Zach at Caliber Collision was excellent. Very professional and kept me informed regarding any delays for repairs on my BMW. After hitting a small deer, the damage was extensive. Zach got me back on the road and the car looks new!

Laura and Angel were a pleasure to work with during a very unpleasant time following the accident with my vehicle. They had great communication, completed the work one week before it was promised, and provided quality work. They are great people to work with and I highly reccomend Caliber Collision!

My Subaru was smacked by a hard cover that blew off a pickup cargo bed on Hefner Parkway and tore off my passenger mirror, gouged the front bumper cover and created a few other issues I couldn't see. They quickly provided an estimate and worked closely with my insurance company. Zachary kept me in the loop all the way and wasn't even perturbed when I came back twice to retrieve a couple of items ;-). They had it all put back together within a week. It's a class outfit that you can depend on for quality performance.

The repair looks great! I needed a lot of work done & it was completed quickly & exceptionally. I was even more impressed with the constant communication of Zachary via phone call & the online updates of the progression of my repair. Hopefully I never have to go back for repairs but the customer service here is difficult to find anywhere else!
