Was involved in a front end collision when some lady pulled out in front of me. The repair job is great, it looks like nothing even happened. The only "issue" I had was they had the new fender painted and ready to go on my truck but the mounts didn't fit and they had to order another one. I understand these things happen but in the future I would probably always double check that new parts fit before painting them and expecting them to fit without checking. No big deal though. Customer service was excellent and they answered all my questions promptly. Would use them again!

I had a great experience at the Caliber Collision on Kramer Lane. They worked with my insurance so that it was a seamless process, kept me informed of how the repairs were going, used genuine parts, and made my car look good as new. They even worked with the rental car company to make arrangements for my rental car pick up and drop off. I especially appreciated Dayton’s great customer service. I would definitely recommend this location for auto repair services.

I would never recommend this place. My car was totaled in an accident that was not my fault the insurance towed it here and these people left it unlocked in an open parking lot. Total disregard for my personal items which did end up getting stolen. Among many things of value there were also very important documents birth certificates for my children pictures of my dead mom. Irreplaceable. All these people could say for themselves is "sorry for your luck we here at caliber collision are not liable" . To me it seemed like this sort of thing happened to them frequently something I wish I had known.

Solid group of guys that do amazing work. I had some bad body damage on my 05 sport trac and it looks as if it was never there. The painters Roman and Aldo were hilarious, and the manager Taylor even gave me some tips on how to replace my radiator myself.

I brought my car in for hail damage and my expectations were exceeded. So, when you had a fender bender a couple of months ago and I can’t say enough about quality and customer service. As a side note, Mr. Scott the manager not only oversaw my repairs he called me on a follow up to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I would not hesitate to return to Calibre Collision in the future.

My daughter's car was attacked by hail. It looked like a bunch of monkeys with hammers and a nervous condition were trapped in a room with it, and the sign on the wall read, "Knock if you want to get out!" Anyway, it was a total loss but the service was great.

Came in for an estimate as one of my quarter panels was loose - they found that it was only a clip or two and fixed it for me while I was waiting in their lobby! So glad to see such immaculate customer service in this industry.

Several days after the repair for hail damage, when I attempted to fill up with gas I found the cable was no longer connected to the fuel latch & I could not open it to fill up. I was stranded in Lockhart in 100 degrees. When I returned the car to Caliber the repair was done quickly but I was informed they didn’t cause the issue. That was insulting considering I was directed to fill up the tank before dropping off the car. That was the last thing I did before turning it over to Caliber. It was certainly working then!
