Lied to me then proceeded to waste an hour of my time after I came in for a scheduled appointment then they tried to tell me it’s my fault and blame me. I only gave them my business because family member had good experience but I most definitely did not.

The team was great! They had my car for several weeks (out of their control due to delay in parts, the other parties insurance covered a rental car the entire time), Hal was communicative and kind, I chose them due to their reviews and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!

Fully recommend this location . They are all so nice and helpful and Keefer was so knowledgeable and taught me how to use my cars features. Teagan at the front desk is very nice and helpful as well!

Caliber really listened to our concerns and did a great job meeting our needs. Our vehicle was returned as quickly as possible in acceptable condition. Should we have any issues we are sure Caliber will stand behind their warranty.

Teagan was so sweet and easy to talk to. She communicated efficiently and helped me get the information I needed to know quickly. It was so nice to have someone be so kind right off the bat after such a stressful event. Hal called and kept me updated every few days. He was always kind, kept it short and sweet (which I appreciated during busy days), and answered all of my questions throughout. My car looks amazing and he kindly greeted me and explained everything he did during the repair at pick up time. Caliber eased the stress of such a pain in the butt situation and I am very grateful!

I’m usually cautious when I take my car in for body work. I was referred to caliber by a friend who said Hal would really take care of me. Again, I was cautious, but after talking with them and getting the estimate, everything went very smoothly. I literally was updated every two or three days on when my car would be ready. They also knew how to deal with the Rent-A-Car companies, which made it very easy When it was time to pick up my car. My car was done ahead of schedule and looked great. I couldn’t even tell I had been in an accident.!! Thanks again guys!!
