Excellent work on the repair and paint. Mazda has one of the more complex metallic paint that’s hard to match. My car was restored to original factory condition. It was done right on schedule. Daniel kept me updated regularly throughout the repair so that there are no surprises on the cost and completion date. The staffs were courteous and professional. They handled everything with the insurance company and car rental pick up and return. The process was easy and smooth..

Of course no one wants to have to deal with an attempted break-in. But, when it happened to me I was lucky enough to go to Caliber Collision in Oakland. Everyone was very competent and professional but most importantly, friendly! And not fake friendly, these folks seem to genuinely enjoy helping customers feel better. Eric especially was really great to work with.

All I can say is WOW! My beloved car was in a nasty wreck and the team at Caliber on 11th went above and beyond at every chance they got. From my very first call, Lee was kind, patient and hilarious, making this very difficult time a much easier experience. He was communicative and went out of his way to get the process rolling ASAP, even though my insurance company had not contacted them yet. Next, I was assigned to Eric, my service advisor, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism, industry knowledge and thorough attention to both my vehicle's and my own needs. He took the time to walk me through all of the expected repairs, answer all of my questions (no matter how many times I called or emailed) and communicate my vehicle's progress. He was super communicative, letting me know when he would be OOO and made sure I had backup contact information. He went out of his way to get me a great price on some extra repairs while my car was in the shop. I even got to leave with a couple of products to help take care of my car-baby. I'm almost sad to know that I won't be seeing the team again (I hope!) but if I ever need any body work, I will 100% come back and will continue to recommend Caliber on 11th to anyone who will listen. Eric and Lee made this the "best worst" experience of my life and I will be forever grateful!

I've been to Caliber Collision on 11th St. three times now and have found the level of service to be extraordinary every time. The latest instance was to repair two doors on the left-hand side where the car got T-boned. Du Mauriea Banks, the advisor I worked with, was incredibly helpful in walking me through my options and guiding me to the best one. The technician who worked on the car did an incredible job with the extensive repair and even fixed an unrelated issue on the tailgate and a malfunctioning horn. It's pretty rare these days to find the combination of high-quality work and outstanding customer service that Caliber provides. I wouldn't take my car anyplace else.

These guys live up to their name! I’ve been here twice, a year apart, and both times they were so helpful and so NICE! The first time I went in for an estimate on my near-totaled Camry for the insurance company, who eventually paid it out. The second time, I came in a nervous wreck over a flat tire that kept making popping noises as I drove my Prius like a snail to Caliber. And even though the guys couldn’t fix the tire, they put air in it so I could drive it safely to the nearest tire repair place. One of them even backed my car into their garage when he saw that I was too scared to drive it any farther. Then when they were done pumping the tire, they all wished me a good rest of my day. The peace of mind they gave me was exactly what I needed after all that car trouble!

This location kept me up to date on the daily or weekly process of how long it would take to finish my car after it was stolen. Da'Mari was excellent and even went above and beyond for me because I was out of town for most of this. Thanks again and I highly recommend this location to anyone!

This place was very professional and efficient. Daniel Duch was very professional, provided me updates on any changes regarding price cost and the status of the repair of my vehicle. He was helpful and attentive with every concerns and questions I have regarding the cost of the repair and rental. The team was very welcoming and kind! If you want fast, efficient and great customer service I highly recommend this repair company! We were definitely taken care of & my car looks brand new! Truly satisfied with their work! I wish I came to this shop years ago. Awesome communication wile my truck got fixed. Super fast turnaround. Very knowledgeable a super trustworthy shop. I left my truck to get my 3 claims fixed and did all in 21 days I have a new truck again. Thanks again Eric and the rest of the Caliber Collision
