I had some body damaged repaired going through my insurance (Progressive) and Caliber was great! I visited them before I filled with insurance and they talked me through the entire process. They have a great set up with Enterprise which made it easy for me to get a rental car. My vehicle ended up being ready after 5 days, instead of the originally estimated 12 days, and I was updated through text during the entire process. Highly recommend Caliber!

Caliber Collision did a great job on my Mercedes Benz repairs after someone rear-sided me. They sent constant updates on how the repair progress was going, finished before the deadline set, and had great customer service and a beautiful collision center. I would highly recommend!

Did a good job. Quote was a lot higher than I expected. But it was covered by insurance. They don’t offer drop off or pickup service. Seems strange considering they are charging several thousand dollars for the repairs and kept the car for a week. They try to push you to rent a car (as it’s covered by insurance and they probably get a kickback). When I took my daughter’s car for an oil change at Hyundai dealership in Westlake village, CA, the dealership arranged for a Uber to take me back to my home! Something they should consider. It will cost them may be 1% of their profit, but will get a lot of good will.

Our father's primary vehicle had a fair amount of passenger side body and structural damage after a hit and run driver incident. Troy and all the staff were courteous, extremely accommodating, facilitated all necessary details, and delivered back the vehicle in a safe mechanical state. Esthetically there is no sign of the damages incurred from the wreck. The vehicle looks more pristine than the days prior to our incident. The Caliber team also worked to complete all the repairs earlier than expected which helped greatly in mitigating prolonged rental cost. Great experience and reduced the added stress going into the holiday season for our family. Thank you!

Tory and his team did a fantastic job with my car repairs. Everyone was very friendly, professional and courteous. They kept me informed throughout the process with text messages on how the repairs were going. They actually finished the repairs ahead of the projected due date. Definitely a great choice to repairs my car!

Carlos Lucero is a Service Advisor who has no customer service and anger issues. He chose to pull a stunt saying that my car is theirs now and they would not give it back until they received payment and call me a thief , saying I cashed a check from the insurance and wouldn't pay for the repairs. I called my insurance and they said, nothing was cashed and all they needed was to have called them! To receive it! Instead of calling me or my insurance for authorization he instead attempted to rob me of my vehicle which I asked for his Manager who instantly gave two separate options, pay at the time that they were trying to scam me out of money instead of going through the insurance or go to collections... Your service manager just told me that my car is his now... If you do not know how to stand up for yourself and talk to proper people from your insurance you will highly likely get scammed and harassed into giving up more money than you're supposed to or have that vehicle completely removed from your possession. Manager never apologized for service advisor and Service Advisor was horrid.
