Let me start by stating these are the most understanding and compassionate people honestly probably in the whole car repair business. My mom and I were rear ended the beginning of October and between dealing with our insurance, the insurance at fault and one of the most hateful, rude borderline on the verge of a mental breakdown wife of the tow truck owner, the people at Caliber were most definitely the highlight of that horrible situation. Darby (I really hope I got her name right because she’s genuinely my new favorite person because she’s just that awesome)in particular was such a beam of positivity that we needed. As soon as our car was delivered to them they got straight to work as well as keeping us very informed on the repairs and process. Every phone call was a breath of fresh air from going from an insurance representative who lets be real, did not care or understand the stress we were under and clearly didn’t want to do their job to the lovely people at Caliber where we could hear the compassion in their voice and truly took the time to hear out our frustrations and give us actual helpful advice, it’s small things like that that make a huge difference when experiencing something as traumatic as being in a wreck. They did an absolutely amazing job fixing my mamas car. There’s more sentimental value to that car other than it just being a car. That’s the last car my dad (her husband) bought her before he died and to see it after over a month looking as brand new as the day he surprised her with it meant the world to her and me because she was so worried about it. Seriously they went above and beyond to take care of us. Even tried to track down our license plate and even called satan’s wife at the tow company to ask so we didn’t have to get cussed out by her again. They even remembered us from years ago when someone vandalized our back windshield. If you want to be treated with nothing other than compassion, understanding and respect while dealing with the stress of insurance and car repairs then definitely give these amazing living angles on earth a chance.

My vehicle was damaged in a parking lot and it was pretty bad, so the insurance company sent me to Caliber. I have never used them before but was very pleased with the results. They communicated with me on every aspect of the process of fixing my vehicle. They even got finished before they promised! They even setup my car rental and they brought the car to me at Caliber, nice perk. Staff was awesome, friendly, efficient, and professional. Very pleased with Caliber.

This is, by far, the best car-related experience I’ve ever had. Darby in particular was absolutely amazing to work with—I was informed and at ease throughout the entire process. This place was absolutely amazing! With it being my first accident, I had a lot of nerves and concerns. Their employees, specifically Zach, were amazing with comfort and establishing personal relationships with me throughout the process. The work they did on my car was excellent and very thorough. As someone who someone who places a huge emphasis on communication, I really appreciated their attention to communicating details and keeping me in the loop on the repairs. I had a limited time frame toward the end due to travel plans and they did such a fantastic job in coordinating the repair with me so that my car would be ready and I wouldn’t need to rearrange my plans. Very timely and great work. I would highly recommend trusting them with your vehicle!

I will never use this place again. Once you're out of their hair,then the hell with you. Called about the warranty related things, and treated with disrespectful language. Totally disapprove of this communication.

My vehicle needed repair after an accident. My insurance USAA recommended them. Everything went smoothly and my vehicle looks good as new. Thank you for your help Richard. It was also nice that they have a relationship with Enterprise, so it was easy to pick up and return a rental car.

Zach provided excellent customer service, and my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. Calibers was recommended by our insurance company. The repairs to both our cars were mediocre at best. Both required us to return for more repairs. Honestly would not recommend them.

Great communication with Zach, he kept us up to date on the progress. There was more damage to the undercarriage and engine than what we noted at drop off, so it took a few days longer than expected through no fault of their own. The damage caused the passenger door to pop when opening/closing & when my insurance denied to cover it (even though I stated that in the online claim & the verbal interview with my agent), Caliber said it was such an easy fix that they did it at no charge to me. I would absolutely go back & recommend you give them your business as well.

Zach Long and the team at this location are truly professionals. Cost and time of repair was very good. They even washed my truck. I would definitely use them again. I hope that I don't have to though.
