Had some issues with repair work. Was told the pictures I sent could not be seen on email. When all others were fine. Told I needed to come back in to discuss. I work the open operating hours so that wasn’t promising enough to fool with. Bed rail caps damage upon reinstallation. Stickers put on completely different than the opposite side. Asked to have additional work quoted that was not followed up on. Will not go back. Emailed as requested. No response. Not surprised.

Repair took forever!!! I made a reservation for the repairs and paid the 50% deposit, two weeks in advance. I specifically arranged the reservation so that my car would be at Caliber while I was on Christmas break and vacation, as I am a teacher. My car was at Caliber for 20 days and we found that to be extremely long and unacceptable. Not sure what took so long to repair a 10 inch dent in my rear fender, And replace some window moldings. There was one excuse after another. This was extremely frustrating and we don’t feel we could recommend Caliber to our friends. We feel the end result of the repair is just good, I wouldn’t say excellent. There are some minor things that I would like touched up given the opportunity.

A deer ran into my car before the holidays. The staff was so helpful when I brought my car in for repairs. They kept me informed through out the repair process. I was sure they would not have it done by my family trip. Not only was it done in time it was a day early. Thank you everyone for all your help. My car looks great and we made our trip with no issues.

Excellent place to take your vehicle for body shop repair. They did a great job! Communication during all stages of repair. Jeremy was exceptional. Ladies at the front desk also very exceptional. My Toyota RAV4 was cleaned thoroughly and repaired perfectly. Thank you to all the repair team

Nice job on my car, doesn't even looked like it was wrecked. Great people, the front desk girl Amanda was very helpful and quite cordial. The Jason guy was my service advisor, and he was wonderful. Thank you Caliber Collision, keep up the good work.

The original estimate for repairs was 1 week, but it dragged out over a month, costing me an extra $500 in rental fees because my insurance coverage for the rental car maxed out. Neither the repair shop nor my insurance company coordinated to inform me that my rental coverage was exhausted. I had to urge them to complete the job quickly because my rental coverage had run out. Finally, I picked up my vehicle, only to find that the cracked windshield was not repaired. The technician falsely claimed they never discussed the windshield with the insurance company, despite the insurance stating otherwise. The bottom line is, the windshield was undamaged before the accident but cracked afterward. I will never use Caliber Collision again!

Work was ok. But customer service and billing were a mess. Phantom charges and work listed they couldn’t explain. If you can I would avoid the Farragut shop.

My wife and I were on our way to Atlanta for Thanksgiving and stopped for gas in Knoxville, Tennessee when someone ran into my car door and damaged it enough that I couldn't close the door. We were 3+ hours away from our destination and we couldn't drive with the door open so we went to a Caliber Collision nearby. They agreed to look at it and came back with the comment that they would try to fix it in a few hours, but couldn't guarantee it was possible until they got to working on it. They said it would be a couple of hours. We were happy to know we would probably get to Atlanta that night. We were even more thrilled when the guy came back to the lobby in about 30 minutes with the door working perfectly and only needing some minor work and paint when we got home. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind and we can't say enough about how much we appreciated them saving our holiday. I highly recommend them for anyone needing work on their car.
