Peggy and the staff were absolutely amazing! Phenomenal customer service skills. Everything went very smoothly with the repair of my vehicle. I was even shocked when I got my car back and they cleaned & vacuumed it for me. THANK YOU CALIBER ! Highly recommend going here if you get in any type of accident. Free popcorn & coffee is nice too but the staff is what made everything such a wonderful transaction!

Peggy keeps you updated and answers all questions. My hood wasn't expected until Dec 27, 2024. But, it arrived on Mon Dec 23, 2024..... it was quickly painted and my front end reassembled. Very nice! I feel as though there are companies out there that wouldn't do this. They would hold on to it and do other things. But, Caliber cares about it's customers and their cars! Kris did a great job on the repairs and Matt is a great detailer! My car smelled better than it did when I bought it two years ago. My Subaru emblem arrived today and I'll stop by after work to have it popped on. Does everything always work out well? Nope. There can be delays in parts, people can get sick and miss work. I get it... but I also get it when staff go out of their way to give a customer their absolute best. Hopefully, I won't ever need this type of repair again. Should I, you bet I will go to Caliber. Peggy was GREAT with customer service but the communication with my estimator and insurance was AWFUL! It took over a week for my estimate to be complete- just to find out my car is a total loss! The last update was repairs were started on a Friday then by Monday- my car was issued a total loss. There was no sympathy or professionalism. My insurance was also confused about the miscommunication. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. I’m

Was recommended Caliber Collision by insurance company (new to the area so that was helpful). Peggy was the main person of contact and from the beginning she has been nothing but helpful, understanding and amazing. Car was in and out quickly for how much needed it be repaired. Appreciate the technicians work & how well it was done. I would recommend them to anyone & if need be will use them for any future car needs.

Amazing service. Very helpful, honest, and fair. Way cheaper than I expected. Very dedicated staff. The lady at the desk was so friendly. Johnny was the best. Very nice and knowledgeable and patient. Excellent service from all the staff great repair job on our vehicle. Our 2015 Toyota Venza was rear-ended. They got us in right away put a brand new bumper on it. It was ready to go in no time just a few days. If we ever need repairs done again we will definitely be coming back. The back end looks awesome.

5 starts across the board!!!! They made the experience great and my car was even done a week early! Can’t even tell anything happened to it! They even vacuumed and wiped down the interior of my car, which I was not expecting at all! Everyone was very friendly and professional. :) I would recommend this place to everyone needing repairs!

My experience with caliber collision was so professional and respectful. My car was repaired on time and I couldn't not believe my eyes upon pickup. My car was repaired to perfection. I would recommend caliber collision one hundred percent to who ever is in need of a collision repair.
