I had a great experience at Caliber. The staff was friendly, helpful and provided timely updates and ETAs on my vehicle. It was back to original condition in just over a week, very pleased with the work. I would definitely recommend them! I was subject to another collision repair shop (NOT Caliber) last year for a different vehicle and the experience was terrible and had my car for 3+ months but promised each week to have it ready.... This experience was a breath of fresh air and a million times better! Very happy!

The entire team was extremely helpful and the process went very smoothly. One of the best run operations I’ve seen in a long time across various industries/vertical. Exceeded my expectations completely. Efficient with getting repairs done. I knew every step of the way what was happening with my car. Jim was a very knowledgeable and patient project manager overseeing my car’s repair job. Dealt with insurance directly. Woman at the front desk are very organized and explain what’s to be expected and explained paperwork I was signing. Very friendly work environment. Repairs are incredible! You would never know someone hit my car! Would recommend this place to anyone!

My car was repaired at Caliber Collision off of Phillips highway. Ms. Alice was assigned to me and was very helpful from beginning to end. Service/repair was done in a timely manner. Took back my car for a minor adjustment a few weeks later and Ms. Alice was there to take care of my issue. Shop is highly recommended.

I had no idea what to expect when I came for my appointment for a damage estimate for my SUV, but was so pleasantly surprised! The exterior was nice and clean, friendly but professional. When I walked in, the two ladies manning the service desk were very friendly and approachable. There was a television in the background in case customers had extended wait time, which was tuned to something neutral, which I really liked. The service professional who came to greet me was very friendly and polite and I could tell that he had years of experience and knew well what he was doing. We went out to my SUV and I explained that the damage was cosmetic and the vehicle is still drivable, so I had not planned to leave it with them today, but to make an appointment for some time in the near future. He agreed and when we went back inside, he left for a few minutes to write up an estimate. I chatted with the ladies at the service desk briefly, and then my service advisor came out with the estimate printed and he proceeded to go through it with me, line by line, and I had a clear understanding of what would be required, what my financial responsibilities are, and what my auto insurance will pay. I left, thinking what a great place it is and what a good experience I had! I look forward to going back and leaving my car for repairs, and I know I will be in good hands. I would highly recommend this place.

Having my car repaired had never been easier. From the scheduling, to drop off, efficient communication to pick up! Jim was awesome. We were abreast of everything that was going on. Even the ladies at the front were very helpful.

I’ve been to this Caliber Collision twice and have no complaints. The office guys have great communication and the guys in the shop know what they're doing. They also had enterprise from down the road come pick me up to go get my rental. 10/10 service, thanks Caliber team. Jim is the man!

Minor repair needed from auto accident, about $3k. Everything about the repair process was impeccable, from the efficiency and courtesy at the front desk, helping coordinate with rental car folks, and Michelle Gaouette (collision appraiser) was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, courteous, available, and responsive. The entire team made this the best repair experience in my life.
