Excellent service! I hit a deer back in November and took it to Caliber in Castleton. I was very pleased with the whole experience and the end result... I later noticed some fogging on my headlight that I thought was some kind of overspray I hadn’t noticed before, so I took the car back in. It turns out it was “sunburn” from always parking the same way in the sun when I go to work. The owner (I believe) explained there’s a cheap and easy way to fix it (and explained how), but proceeded to polish it on the spot at no charge to me. They are great and really take care of their customers!

I dropped off my car on the 29th and picked it up on the 31st; the repair process was remarkably quick. I mentioned to David Hyatt that I don't enjoy driving a rental car, and he went above and beyond my expectations and was extremely helpful. I would give David a rating of 10. He is the most skilled mechanic I have ever encountered. Thank you, David and Kayla!

Update: had my VW ID4 in to fix a detached hood latch cable. They had to remove the entire front end or something. Turns out Caliber forgot to reconnect it. Bolts were clearly removed, and small parts were actually sitting in there. Cost me over $300 Fantastic communication, great work, pretty much all you need right there.

Shop did really high quality work, and they’re fast. I got constant updates on their progress from Chris too, genuinely fantastic customer service. He even offered to stay late a few minutes if I wasn’t going to make it in time to pick up the car. It’s really nice to go someplace where people care about the work they do. Added some photos of the repaired sections, and it looks like nothing but that’s the point, right? Thanks again!

Turned a horrible experience (hit and run accident) into such an easy and simple process. They staff was amazing and friendly from the check in process to picking up my brand new looking car. Great communication - texted me updates on my car at least every other day and answered any questions I had throughout. Couldn't have had a more positive experience.

After having a part for two years, a sensor failed. If I ended the story there, bad experience, right? But, through persistance and clear channels of communication, I was able to work alongside Caliber and figure out the issue and get it all taken care of. The costs put rightfully onto my insurance company, the issue no longer here, and a handshake put a nice bow on this holiday wonder. Thank you Roy for your earnest approach and wonderous people skills! Caliber turned an anxious situation into a righteous one.
