10/5 stars if I could! Incredible service from start to finish. Smooth easy process. They were the best quote for services from the multiple repair shops I had looked into. Every staff member was kind, helpful, and prompt. Received lots of updates throughout the repairs and their work was flawless. Even went above and beyond, detailing the entire inside of the vehicle. Feels like a brand new car! Thank you all so much!!

Amazing communication, flexibility, and hospitality from the entire staff. I love the progress report function they offer as it gives you a play by play on the progress of your car. I would recommend this company to anyone I know and will certainly be using their services in the future if needed!!

From the time I dropped off my truck to picking it up, I was informed every step in the process. The staff was very nice and professional. They made my truck pretty again.

Stuart did initial assessment. He was excellent. Alissa front desk & telephone contact excellent. The actual repair at this point appears to be excellent. The dissatisfaction came when we picked up our car. The young man drove our car around and told us we needed to keep it running, that the car had been hard to start over the weekend, and that day; that we needed to go to auto zone or someplace to have it checked; that we probably needed a new battery.. Shocking news since the battery was barely a year old, that no one from Caliber informed us that they were having the problem. On top of that we had just had a full system check. We waited to speak with Nick the manager. He new came out. We explained we are on our way to pick up great grandchild. We made plans that we would not have made if we knew there was a problem. We found our back seat earphones out of place indicating someone had been watching the dvd players in the back seat. Our radio stations were reset to local stations that we don't listen to. Indicating to us that someone had been enjoying these systems, possibly draining the battery. We left our car running 3 hours that evening; not turning it off until we got home. We took it to our dealer;; Skillman to have them recalibrate other systems. There could have been a simple answer like one offered by our Nationwide representative Adam, But. Nick the manager has never called us as we requested, or reached out in any way. We have used Caliber/ Church Brothers for decades. Our first at this Pendleton Pike location

The insurance company (Progressive) sent me to this place. They say it's faster because I need my car for work. I'm really disappointed because it's been a month and every day I call they tell me it’s almost done one day and then the next day they have a new history.I've been lying for a whole week that they'll have it ready and they don't. Seriously, if you need your car urgently, I don't recommend this place at all.

I have used this location more than once for either myself or my family. They are always very kind and professional. They very often have the car ready before their projected date. The work is always well done. They work with a lot of insurance companies. I will continue to use this companies location.

Someone backed into my car. I took it to two different shops for an estimate of repairs. Received a detailed estimate (in writing) within an hour from both shops. The other person's insurance company (Progressive) wanted me to take to Caliber. Which I did. Could not get a detail estimate of what is getting repaired vs replaces, etc... I called for it several times, over several days. They keep saying the insurance company was dictating it all. I called the insurance company (Progressive), and they said Caliber is dictating it all. I felt really uncomfortable during the whole process and expressed it several times. I felt like there was a lot of game playing going on.

They did great work. Stuart was very friendly and accommodating. A little delay with the repairs which I’m learning is a trend with the 2 caliber collision locations I’ve been to.

Workmanship was great. Communication was very poor. Hard to get anyone to answer & never a return call..this went on for over 3 months
