I went with caliber collision as they are an in network through state farm when I brought my vehicle they require me to sign forms pertaining to working on my vehicle. There was not an option to this. My agent guaranteed that caliber collision would not put non oem parts on our 2021 malibu lt and they did without consent they also removed our great working headlights and put old burnt up headlights that make it hard to see at night without highbeems they said they had to replace malibu emblem on front passenger door that was a lie outright as there was nothing wrong with that door whatsoever. Further more they replaced a tire that was "bad" yet put a tire from the back on the front that was bad with plugs etc. Horrible experience and still not one response. This has been 6 months since we got our ca r back after them having it for a month they even charged for a lug nut that they lost shake my head. I have all the photos of the car before they got it and since I think maybe time to get an attorney

This Caliber location handled repairs after a hit and run on one of our fleet vehicles and were quick and professional! They got the vehicle back to us faster than anticipated and it looks like a whole new vehicle! Highly recommend!

Charese did an amazing job from beginning to end of my collision repair. I was kept up to date every step of the way and that was refreshing because these days it’s hard to find a company that cares that much! They even cleaned my car inside and out. That was so nice because it definitely needed it.

Calibur Collision works with progressive auto insurance however they quoted above the progressive quote and would not accept my money to repair my car. Other than that, they are nice people and communicate effectively.

I have a terrible experience when bringing my car into this collision shop for repair. Their communication was completely off track. I was there two times and explain to them exactly my concern about the car. After 4 weeks, I have to deal with 3 different people, all there said different things, all promise me different things, all three people do different things without any communication back to us. what a waist !!!

I am in tears about my experience with this collision location. I am appalled by how they treated me and my vehicle. There was a complete lack of transparency and honesty. They assumed that my vehicle was going to be totaled and treated it as such. They half hazardly put it back together….when it never needed to be disassembled and took their sweet time to do so. I have never had a more unprofessional experience in my lifetime. There are many places that you can choose from to trust with your car and finances. I highly recommend you choose somewhere else.

Selected this location based on what was preferred by my insurance and the number positive reviews. Thus far communication has been great with both Glenn and Beth. They have taken their time to answer all my questions and guide me through the process. I am hopeful the repairs go well!

They were quick in response when communicated with and very friendly. The repair time was longer than I would expect for a small job, but that isn't always due to the shop itself.

Caliber went above and beyond my expectations. From start to finish, I was informed of the work that would be performed and the estimated completion time. My vehicle was returned to me earlier than expected and in better condition than I left it. Hopefully I will not need my vehicle serviced soon but if I do I will definitely take it to Caliber Collision.
