Final update 1/22: I contacted Caliber again about the issue and Brent stepped in to handle the situation and saved the day. He had me bring my car back in and they adjusted things to make the alignment perfectly flush. I cannot say enough good things about the integrity and pleasant demeanor Brent had with making this situation right. Despite the difficulty in the beginning, I would still recommend this shop as they made the situation right and provided a rental for me cost free. If I could give Brent 6 stars I would. Updated pic attached. Updated 10/11: I have my car back now and though it is not perfect, it is better than before. Still quite a bit of difference between the left & right side. However, Josh was very pleasant to deal with and I will give 5 stars to the customer service aspect for them ordering a couple different fenders and bumpers to get it to look as nice as they can and going above and beyond by providing a rental for me. I’ve been holding out on making this review and will update it when my car is done. I dropped my car off on 8/28 after an accident. Picked it up on 9/12 only to discover within seconds the bumper was not properly aligned (pic attached). How did this go through so many inspections and no one noticed…. I was told to bring it back the next week and needless to say it’s been there since 9/16. I had initially returned my rental car thinking this would be a short process and after 10 days of them having my car again decided I needed another rental due to the delays. To their credit they have been covering the cost, but I had to get my agent involved for that to happen and I’ve gotten the complete run around. I was told it’s the bumper… then it’s is delayed due to an incorrect bracket… then a bumper was faulty, now it’s the fender.. I was told Friday it should hopefully be ready Monday. It’s now Tuesday evening and I haven’t heard from them since. This is not a review of the rep who I’ve been working with as she has been helpful. I really have no clue what’s going on with my car and it’s concerning they tried to give it back to me knowing it had imperfections in the first place. Very disappointed as this is who my insurance recommended. Will update once I have my car back.

Brent and His office staff and his mechanics did such a wonderful job. On our car! We were totally impressed with not only the service and dedication but they fixed our bumper so that it wouldn't drag on the ground! Above and beyond, that's the way to describe the work that they did. Great job you guys! We found you through an accident, but we'll remain with you on purpose! LO.L A wonderful place of Business! I was involved in an accident the end of June, in my housing addition, with another resident , thankfully no one was hurt, but I had my car towed wherever they take it and it was then towed to Caliber at my request and so glad I did. They kept me informed as to what they would do and when they would do it. Amy called me every other day and reported what had been done and what was next. And when I got my car back you couldn't tell it was damaged. So be safe out there and if you need a body shop be sure to call Caliber Collision. Thank you Caliber
