If you are looking for a collision shop, look no further. I had the pleasure of meeting Kendall at the astrodome location 1515 S Loop West Houston today. He and his tech were kind enough to advise me and repair a molding on my Honda C-RV. They did it immediately as well. So impressed with them. Can’t thank them enough.

I am very impressed with Kendall and his team at this place. They provided excellent customer service, consistently informing and updating me on the progress of the repairs. Every time I called the office, the receptionist answered right away - there were no long wait times. When I picked up my car, it was cleaned both inside and out. Overall, the repairs were flawless, and the quality of work was outstanding!

Customer service started out great. Let's start with the good. It was a smooth process with dropping my car off. They maintained communication during the repair process and finished earlier than expected. The problems came about when I retrieved my vehicle. I noticed paint imperfections as soon as I made it home. I notified them the next day and they asked me to bring it back, which I did. While going over the 3 minor imperfections my advisor informed me that they didn't do any work to my door handle area, insinuating the chip was there prior to them repairing my car. I dropped it. However, after thinking about it for a while I realized my entire door was replaced which means something was done to my door handle. Also, I reviewed pictures from my accident which clearly showed the chip was not there prior. When I completed the initial review, which they insisted I do several times, and requested I give 10s, I mentioned all of this. Dave called me almost immediately and informed me that he was never told about the chip so I informed him how I was gaslit by my advisor Claudia. Dave insisted I bring my car back so that he could take a look and I was; however, I opted not to because it is inconveniencing me and the flow of my life. Lastly, and I didn’t even try to bring it up after all of this, I noticed they did not put the model (Malibu) on the door they replaced. As an untrained professional I should not have caught these things, especially if my car went through an "inspection" prior to me being informed that my car was ready. I also felt compelled to not only leave a review but to give 10s due to them repeating it several times throughout our conversations. I refuse to provide 10s or 5 stars for service if it was not stellar service. There was a better way to handle the discrepancy about the chip on my door handle and Claudia did so poorly. As previously stated in all of my other survey answers, I no longer wish to correct the chipped paint in my door handle and please do not contact me regarding this matter.

I am very satisfied with the work I had done Joseph help me from the beginning to the end with no problems I would recommended anybody who has any bodywork needing to be done to go to caliber collision off of South loop

Wonderful, seamless experience at Caliber collision 1515 S loop west. Quick intake, turnaround, perfect body repair job. Car had multiple deep scratches/dents. Joseph did an amazing job, restored the paint/body to brand new condition. Joseph and team made the entire insurance process super easy and simple, no hassles. 200% recommended...they are true experts !

I have not had customer service this good in a while. Kendall was amazing. He called me every couple of days with updates on the status of my vehicle and totally kept me in the loop. I really believe that they care about their customers. I would definitely use this location again.

This 5 star review is about Caliber Collision however the story started with their competitor Cubbage Collision across 610. Geico sent me to Cubbage Collision across route 610 to repair a bulged and misaligned hood as a result of a minor accident. Cubbage estimated over $3000 repair which caused Geico to total my car. I decided to buy the car back and fix the hood. When I drove across 610 to Caliber Collision, I asked David, the manager, whether the hood can be fixed without being replaced. He and three workers spent like 2 minutes to align the hood and press down the bulge and the car was good to go. I can't thank David and his team enough to fix the deformed hood which Cubbage asked for $3000+ to fix. Not only did David demonstrate superb customer service, he also effortlessly showed that he is much much more resourceful to provide a simple fix for an old car. Cubbage workers not only stole my clothes in the trunk, they also damaged my power window during the time my car was sitting in their shop waiting for Geico to make a decision. The Cubbage manager attributed all the failed components when the car was in their possession to wear and tear. If you are in the neighborhood needing autobody work, I can tell you there is no comparison between Caliber and Cubbage. Take your car to David's team at Calliber Collision and they will take good care of you and your car. Cubbage Collision from front desk to repair team just care about your money. They steal your belongings in your car and damage your components. The decision between the two shops is super easy for me.
