My vehicle was there almost 3 months and still back window doesn't come down ad my passenger door still rubs when open door abd rental payment took out of my checking account after Caliber said they pay it's still pending as of 1/23/25

Awesome experience...Adam fixed my vehicle quickly and was absolutely professional throughout the entire process...will definitely use them again. My wifes vehicle looks and drives brand new again.

No recomiendo este taller se demoraron mas de un mes con mi carro y ni quedo bien pero el manager dijo que para el si estaba bien bueno pues yo creo que no les importa la opiñion de los clientes solo la de ellos ademas me lavaron supuestamente el carro pero me lo dejaron todo rayado no se con Que lo lavarian y me dejaron raspado el volante de piel de mi veiculo. si desean un que su carro quede bien mejor busquen otro taller o si no les importa como quede llevenlo alli

Can't say enough good things about Adam and the team at Caliber Collision. Adam turned our vehicle around quicker than expected and during a holiday week. He secured original factory parts versus after market for us at the same cost when he did not have to, but knew was our preference. He was thorough, professional, and went out of his way to be helpful during a frustrating period following a collision. Everyone we communicated with was friendly and helpful. From the time I dropped off my vehicle until it was ready to be picked up I received continuous updates from my advisor. Caliber worked with Enterprise so I was picked up at their facility and taken to Enterprise to get my rental. When my car was ready I was able to leave my rental at Caliber and Enterprise picked it up. So convenient.

Small repairs that would have been done in 2 days, took 3 weeks! I was given different excuses when I asked for updates . Unacceptable. Do yourself a favor. Go to ANOTHER repair shop.

My experience at this location had a promising start but unfortunately, it ended on a negative note. I initially brought my Kia in for a minor issue, specifically to have the steering column fixed and the locks changed. I was informed that this should take no more than a week, possibly a bit longer if additional issues were found. I emphasized that I only wanted the work specified in the adjuster's report to be done. However, the process ended up taking over a month, leaving me without transportation. Throughout the waiting period, I encountered delays and was told about various unexpected problems with my car, which I had not experienced prior to bringing it in. When I finally received my car back, the locks were still not functioning. I was surprised to discover that the issue had not been resolved, and I only found out when I attempted to lock my car and it wouldn't work at all. After contacting an employee about this, I was assured that the manager would be informed, but unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Caliber Collision location.

A huge "buyer beware" on this company. I brought my car in to have my a/c repaired - it was supposed to be an insurance approved location due to the nature of the damage. When I dropped it off, I told them to call me before any repairs were done because it was December, money was tight, and I didn't really need to have my a/c in the winter, so it could have waited. I got this in writing and even signed that request. A day later, they called me the work was completed. This surprised me as I was never called to approve it, but then they told me that there was no cost; the insurance was covering it, so they went ahead and did it. Cool. A/C was working great and it cost me nothing. Awesome. Or so I thought. A week later, I got a call from caliber saying they had made an error and I actually owed $750 for the deductible and it was due right then. I called my insurance company who confirmed there was a $750 deductible and that the insurance agent hadn't even made it to the workshop before they had already started work. The insurance had back and forth with both caliber and I, but they attempted to smooth this all over with them and take care of the issue, and the constant calls from caliber wanting their (unapproved by me) money stopped... for a while. Fast forward to the end of August and AGAIN I start getting calls from caliber, saying there's balance due. I once again stated that I never approved the work and have a receipt from them stating I owed $0.00. By this point though, I was tired of hearing about this mess, and since my insurance wasn't going to help me through it and I wasn't dropping money on Christmas presents, I opted to pay it. Absolutely horrendous experience with caliber. As far as figuring out the administrative side of things, they have no idea what they're doing. I urge customers to go elsewhere (there's another body shop next door, for instance) or you may be in for a rude awakening.
