Caliber Collision kept me updated. Enterprise picked me up from Caliber and took me to go pick up the rental car at Enterprise. I like that because I didn't have to do anything but show up to caliber. My car was so filthy dirty on the inside & out. I was going to detail it when I picked it up. When I got there I was looking at a brand new car! They vacuumed and cleaned the inside and put everything in a nice neat pile. The moss on the outside was gone! Like I said it was spic and span and I was absolutely thrilled. I will recommend them to anybody that needs car repairs. Thank you Caliber Collision and Enterprise rental cars

Caliber Collision was wonderful - clear communication upfront to set expectations, regular texts with updates as my vehicle moved through the process, it was done on time, and I was thoroughly walked through the work that was done and given every opportunity to ask questions. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and I’m satisfied with the quality of repairs that were performed. They are extremely informative and accommodating. They are very open to questions. Unfortunately I’ve had a couple of accidents that have created a small issue for the plastic clips that hold a rubber hood seal in place. This particular location repaired my vehicle for both of these accidents within 1 year. I went in to ask if they could just replace the clips that were missing. They ended up just replacing the whole rubber seal with the clips without any hassle. I wasn’t expecting this because the situation wasn’t necessarily their fault. Plastic clips can only be removed and reinstalled so many times. I will continue to use this shop for any of my collision repair needs (hopefully no more though). Thank you!

Friendly, helpful, and communicative shop! Great partnership with the nearby Enterprise location made renting/returning a rental while the repairs were in progress very easy. Happy with the work, and I’d be glad to bring my vehicle here again.

I haven't been often to body shops, but if the attention and communication and technical fixing is like here, I would not care to have to bring the cars more often. Great on every detail. Excellent service.

This was my first experience with a repair shop and I was pleasantly surprised with how positive it was. I was kept in constant contact with status updates. My car was ready on time and was restored back to it's pre-collision condition and they even returned my rental car for me. Stellar service, would definitely recommend for a positive, hassle free experience!

The staff was friendly and professional, the workmanship was excellent and they were reasonably speedy in getting the job done. Communication was excellent - I received an update every time the status of my car changed. I would definitely use Caliber Collision again although I pray I never have to see the inside of any body shop ever again.
