Caliber Collision took great care of my car! After being rear-ended, I needed my car repaired and wanted a company I could trust with the insurance dollars I was awarded. They repaired the damage so well that you can't tell I was hit! Great service, they kept me updated on their progress, and they were just extremely friendly as well. I'd had a great experience with Caliber in NY, and the Greensboro location did not disappoint.

I brought my SUV in to have a minor scratch fixed (upper right bumper) on a new car. We tried to buff it out at home with no luck, ended up filing a claim and getting scheduled at Calibers. I feel like I won the lottery with the service I received from Gary (the manager). He took a look at it, and said he thinks he could fix it for me on the spot in the parking lot, no claim, no charge. Within a few minutes, my car looked good as new. My dad and I were both shocked. This act of kindness and gesture is so uncommon in today's world. Most folks would just want the business, as having to take off the front bumper would have been expensive due to the sensors on these newly manufactured vehicles. I will recommend this location to everyone I know if they have an auto repair need. Truly blown away by Gary's willingness to help and it really made my day. The world needs more people like this. Thank you, Gary. So many thanks.

Someone hit my car 2 days before Christmas. Their insurance company set me up with Caliber Collision as a partner. From the word go their team was professional, friendly, and on top of it. The repair was done well and the young lady that was in charge of my vehicle kept me informed regularly about what was going on with my car. I felt however that the repair took a long time. They had already told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks but I started to worry after two weeks because I was afraid that I would have to pay for the rental car if I went over what my insurance was covering for the rental. They did not go beyond the time they had told me, I was just panicking. They were very professional and did good work.
