Jeff and Juanita where so amazing and helpful. Juanita fit me into their busy schedule to get my car checked out due to me working out of town. Jeff answered all my questions, especially since this was my first accident and was unsure of the process. He kept me updated about my cars repairs and even got my car back before the date they estimated, and they were super friendly. Overall I would come back!!!

This place was amazing, Chris, Cheryl, Juanita really cared about my car, my wishes, explained everything throughout the ordeal. My car looks as good as when I first bought it! They even cleaned and washed my car. So happy I came here. Highly recommend Caliber Collision for all body work.

Caliber is a great place! My estimator, Cheryl, was amazing! She made sure to have constant communication with me whenever there were changes or just updating me on what part of the car they currently working on. They had my car ready before the estimated date! My car was a mess from the inside and they returned it to me very clean! The work they did was very detailed and I’m so pleased with their work!

First time customer at Caliber Collision and I must say Jeff and his team did an amazing job on my 2019 Honda Civic Sport due from an accident from hitting a wild animal on the road when it was pitch black and hard to see. Jeff ensured the repairs on the car will be done right and their workmanship proves it! At first when I got into that accident, I didn't want my car anymore after trying so hard to take good care of it. When Jeff and his team repaired the car, it look as it's brand new again and now I still want to keep it lol! They are that good! They are not like other body shop that will "cut corners", their reputation exceeded my expectations! Amazing job Jeff and his team! Definitely will go to you guys again whenever I have another accident! (I hope not lol)

Had an accident in May 2024 right side hit a dog, went to get tires on the car and the right front the only way they could remove the tire is to break the studs. Caliber Collision said they never took the tire off on that side. How do you fix the bumper and check for the damage on right side and never take the tire off. So that mean they didn’t do an inspection if they didn’t take tire off. None of the other tires had that issue only the right side. Carolyn Green

I took our little spare pick up truck there as my neighbor ran into it while parked on the street. I interacted with Chris, the store manager and Diego, the evaluator. These guys are just awesome. They go above and beyond to help you and make sure your car is repaired correctly. They provide you with life-time warranty on their work. Chris, the store manager is extremely knowledge and friendly. He will explain the process and work to be done. Oh, they will also offer you a water, cup of coffee, or popcorn.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience at Caliber Collision! I took my car to get work done on October 3rd, was quoted it would be finished on the 31st but received it finished on 17th! Sam was the best, she was super nice, explained the whole process and kept me informed every step of the way. Definitely would and will recommend Caliber Collision! ***Updated Review **** I had to use Caliber Collision for the same car two more times, 6/2024 and again 7/2024 because it kept getting broken into (Hyundai Elantra) Fortunately for us Caliber Collision has such awesome staff and we were totally taken care of each time! From Juanita in the office who was so nice and understanding each time, to Luis, who helped us and kept us updated every step of the way. They made us feel our car was in safe hands! Like I mentioned before, I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision!

This Caliber Collision has always been one of the best one, if not probably the BEST team I ever encounter. The people here are patient, kind, understanding, and they go out their own ways to help you. I first had my encounter with them after the a car incident. It was one of the best as well. They took care of me and helped me through the process. I did not know what I was doing so I asked so many silly questions, but they were willing to guide me and not make fun of me. The second encounter was when my car got vandalized. I came here again and Luis helped me out. He’s such an amazing worker. His customer service, attitude, honestly, patience, and understanding was top notched. I felt reassured with him when he was explaining and showing me what parts would potentially be replaced. I was glad that he did and I appreciated that. When days went by, Luis called me and said that they would have to replace a part to make sure that the window went up and down completely. I personally love the updates and the “hey just to let you know, we will have to buy another part for your car to function as new or as how you had it originally”. Please give Luis a raise! He’s such a good worker and whoever worked on my car, please let them know that I also appreciate them! If you have State Farm, go with this Caliber Collision, you will not be disappointed. I will update after a couple of months to see how my window holds up.
