I was in a car accident and I went to Caliber Collision and they helped me feel comfortable dealing with the whole car situation. I went into the shop about a week ago to get a plastic part replaced on my vehicle. I was stressed out as I didn’t know what the process would be to getting it fixed. The girls in front were extremely helpful and courteous, especially Alondra. They told me exactly what to expect and what the cost would be. I was concerned my part would take long to get to the shop and it would be a long process to get it replaced. They excelled my expectation as they ordered the part in a timely manner and fixed my car in just a few days. I would say my experience here was a 10/10!! Alondra was wonderful with me!

Operator said estimate was free during my conversation over the phone so I told operator a family member will take the car for an estimate. Knowing this they did a bait and switch on me. They snuck in over a thousand dollars of tear down in an estimate and my family member thought it was free per my phone call and signed for it. Three layers of people were involved in this bait and switch tactic...the phone operator....the immediate manager...and the next level manager. I asked both managers to remove the cost and both tried to claim that all estimates involved teardown costs. I told them to send me copies of their policy to show that. Obviously they made things up and can provide absolutely nothing as proof. I have been scammed...and you have been warned. Update: Do not believe any rigged and google system undermining responses said strategically from this company. I will never agree to any of the fakes of standard wording coverups.

Thank you for helping my sister with her loose spoiler which only needed a nut or bolt. Selma auto told her she needed to buy a new spoiler. Shame on them!!!
