I couldn't ask for better customer service than I received at Caliber Collision!! Daily communication, updates and answering all questions is apparently the norm for Victoria. On time completion and delivery with a lifetime guarantee. Unbelievable!!

Had an accident and it took very good care of me. I love the fact that they go over and be on to explain what's gon. Na, be happening to your car and answer any questions that need to be answered. They also have communication through phone call and text message to update you with everything they are doing. After they're done even though they explained everything they go over it again to tell you what they've done to. The care very amazing people to work not go to any car place other than them. Never had a problem with them.

Victoria at Caliber Collision (on Milburn in Fresno) was great. She was in constant communication with me and answered all my questions as well as gave me advice for washing my car after it had been newly painted.

11/10 stars! Felipe is the best. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, but very honest as well. I went in for a 2016 Dodge Ram bumper repair and he provided me with a reasonable time line AND delivered the truck on said date. If you happen to use this location, make sure to ask for Felipe. 100% recommended.

Felipe did an amazing job. He has great customer service. The rest of the staff were also good as well. Felipe kept me informed on all updates and always worked with me the entire time my car was at caliber collision. I will recommend this location to anyone who needs any repairs done.
