My vehicle was taken to caliber collision at the beginning of January and it took them more than a month to have my vehicle ready which is understandable based on the damage my vehicle had. Whats not understandable is the dishonesty from them. Insurance was billed for rear glass replacement which was not done, the glass is the same one I took my truck with. The glass has the serial number etched. When vehicle was returned to me I noticed it was never aligned like they stated they had done. I took my vehicle to Pep Boys (out of pocket expense)whom they also confirmed it needed alignment and axel shaft replacement due to the collision impact and the loud continuous noise coming from the right rear. Vehicle was taken back to get that fixed which thankfully as of now the problem seems to be resolved. As far as the bodywork and paint that looks great although I just wish they would have done everything right from the beginning like I continuously kept mentioning to them for a month. Once again their bodywork is great but the way they conduct business is shady.

They did an incredible job fixing my truck but need to work on the communication early in the repair process but they finished extremely strong with workmanship and communication.

Caliber Collision did an excellent job in keeping me informed on parts being ordered for my truck, how the repair are going, unexpected delays ( mechanics being ill), generous and outstanding customer service. My truck look and drive like a brand new vehicle. Highly recommend this shop for all your repairs needs.

I have been engaged in an ongoing battle for the past year with this company regarding their warranty program. I have a 2017 Honda Civic that my insurance referred to this company for repairs. While the vehicle looks good, the sensor that enables my car’s cruise control honda smart sensing capabilities is inoperable. I have complied with their request to have the Honda dealership conduct a full diagnosis, which confirmed that the sensor is faulty and not working. This company was the last to handle the repairs and installation of this sensor, and they are aware of that. However, the main mechanic, Carlos, insists that the issue lies with the windshield. He claims that the certified OEM windshield provided by Honda is not compatible with the sensor, which is why the cruise control and such is not functioning properly. Despite following their recommendations, I was told by Carlos that Honda might be lying about the diagnosis. Instead of taking responsibility and honoring their one-year warranty, the company has prolonged this situation. As a result, neither my insurance nor the company is willing to address the deficiency I am currently facing. Every time I spoke with Carlos, the response was always, "If that doesn't solve the issue, you'll have to pay more out of pocket." I urge anyone considering doing business with this establishment to be cautious, as they may not abide by their policies and could potentially be scamming you. I have since relocated to Missouri and am still working toward a solution for this unsatisfactory service.

These peoples are so dishonest! I got my car back after nine times of promises! But when I got the car back, the radiator was not secured and the ac was not working properly so I had to bring the car back to the shop the next day! Plus they wanted to charge me $300.00 for a new battery while my battery only need to be recharged!

DJ was nothing but awesome, from the moment they received the car till the end. Constant texts and calls letting me know my vehicles progress. Went out of his way to get my car done early and even offering to pick up my car from my house to install one last piece that was on back order. Thank you caliber!
