Bring your car here. Talk about above and beyond. I haven’t lived in Columbus very long and when my car was gouged by metal during high wind, I asked around about where to get it repaired. The unequivocal answer was Caliber on Hamilton Rd. I worked with Kenny for my repair and he was great! He was clear about the expected length of time they would have my car, I received regular updates about the status, and I even got it back a day sooner than estimated. The repair itself looks amazing. I would 100% take my car there again. *Extra Kudos* During the extreme cold, some cans of soda I forgot I had left in my car exploded and he called me to let me know AND said they would try their best to clean it up despite me telling him not to because it was my stupid mistake. I can barely tell there was a mess at all. I appreciate you all so much!

Thanks for not filling the fluids in my car but charging for them a+ Just coming back for an edit its been about a year since this place touched my car i originally rated them higher but TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!! youll just end up paying someone else to fix! the above comment was the only original problem noticed when i picked it up admittedly i should have done a full check but being the first car i'd ever had a shop repair i trusted them. 3-4 months later when i turned my a/c on it wasn't charged with Freon. the wiper fluid jug wasn't empty because they didn't fill it was actually still leaking from the wreck. the coolant wasn't low because they didn't fill all the way but instead the pinhole in the bottom radiator hose at the hose clamp the gaps in body panels don't match and there's still damage on the drivers door Charged for lugnut locknut tool when it was in the glovebox then kept both the locknut tools

Wonderful service from beginning to end! Manager and office staff kept us informed on all issues and did all the necessary paperwork and phone calls with the insurance company! The technician that did the bodywork and paint did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier!

I had my car repaired by Caliber Collision, and overall I received a nice finished product. The paint turned out wonderful. There were a couple snags along the way, however they went above and beyond to make it right in the end. Kyle and Chris communicated throughout the entire process and were very transparent regarding what was going on.

My car was rear-ended by a truck for a second time. Thankfully, the damage was again repaired by Caliber Collision. They were able to restore my car to its pre-accident beauty, AGAIN. The entire process was seamless. Everyone was professional, thoughtful, and provided me with superb customer service! They did a fantastic job with the repairs, AGAIN!!! I definitely recommend this shop as they are the best in town!
