Whole bumper was destroyed due to hitting an animal, I decided to take my car to caliber Collison, I've never met nicer staff at an auto body shop in my life. Neil the man who fixed my car, has to be the most amazing guy ever, he even detailed the inside of my car. Props to thay awesome employee. If you have damage to your car and want an awesome experience bring your vehicle here. They gained a customer for life. 😀

Calibar does great repair work and they actually have real personal who answers their phone. No button pushing. They also kept us informed through the entire process. Calibar is amazing!

Updates were frequent. I didn’t have to wait weeks to get in. They immediately did the estimate, got it approved through insurance, and got to work. They were kind enough to source a reasonably priced headlight and install it so I’d have two new headlights instead of one new and one yellow and foggy. Responsive when I remembered half way thru that the rear bumper was probably damaged by the well meaning cop. Timely in getting documents to insurance. Insurance even paid them within a week and a half of completion. Paint and bumpers look great. Everything seems to work like it should. Overall was very impressed and I do not impress easily. Kudos!

Caliber collision does fantastic work. They kept me updated with email on a regular basis so I would know where they were in the process. The work was fantastic and I recommend anyone that needs bodywork to check them out. Efficient, friendly service.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I received frequent informative communications every step of the way. Byron was absolutely outstanding and was a strong advocate with Nationwide, making sure we got the best replacement parts and no cheap substitutes. His standards of excellence resulted in a vehicle that looks new and operates well so far. I would definitely recommend this particular Caliber Collision and would use again.

I took my WRX to this business and they did not repair what they claimed on the receipt that was sent to my insurance company. I pointed out that a part on my car was the old part and not what they billed fo. I was told over 6 months ago they were ordering the part however, they stopped returning my calls and never fixed my car. I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM!!!! They committed INSURANCE FRAUD and I am turning them in first thing tomorrow morning. I will follow up on this post when I make it into the office, as my bill/receipt is there. I will gladly show a copy where they claimed to have replaced the part. Pure garbage!

His Team is dedicated to Service and Quality Workmanship. The repairs are completed using Blueprints from your car's manufacturer. Updates are TEXT to you every Tuesday and Thursday. It was a 9-day procedure. But, was completed 6 days earlier than projected! And, Neal drives your car before (if drivesble obviously) and has that "ear and feel" for locating steering and braking problems such the like of our $7,000 repair. The worked performed on my bumper cover and plastic bumper parts looks good. I did notice that the fender flares over both rear wheels had been removed. They both had gouge marks like they were removed with a metal tool or screw driver. These had never been removed prior to the repair. There are 2 small dents on the left side right above the plastic over the rear wheel. This was most likely done when the plastic was pried off. Both fender flares were loose and I went back to Caliber and they did put double sided tape on them. But putting 2 small dents above the fender flare in the process. I hate that my car now has some damage which was not previously there and not part of the accident. I am very particular and it does bother me and is embarrassing.

They did an amazing job fixing my car’s damage after a theft recovery, the communication was top notch. I wouldn’t recommend that you let them detail the inside of the car.

This body shop is a fantastic place to bring you car for repairs. I brought my hyundai elantra in about 3 weeks ago because I rear ended someone and the whole front end of my car was wrecked. Everyone is very nice and the facility is clean. Neil the man who worked with me on all that needed fixed on my car called me every Tuesday and every Thursday to give me updates on how things were progressing on my car. I loved it. He took his time while talking with me and allowed me time to ask any questions that I may of had. And actually I'm one of those people who ask questions. Lol. Also Neil told me when they thought my car would be finished and it was actually finished 3 days sooner than expected. I really recommend that you bring your cars to Caliber Collison on Hall Rd. Columbus,Ohio They will treat you right. They are a great group of people and they have a lifetime warranty on the work they do. I am a very satisfied customer. Outstanding company: trustworthy and efficient. Neil, who works in the shop on the westside of Columbus, Ohio, provides outstanding customer service and truly cares about his clients. He also has a deep knowledge of the insurance claims and body repair process and was a patient guide for me during the whole repair of my car—which, by the way, was fixed ahead of schedule!!!!!

We’ve used caliber for multiple collision repairs, our experience has been great. Very responsive, friendly, & fast. We will exclusively use Caliber for any collision repairs in the future (which hopefully we won’t need!)
