Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. MJ was over my vehicle and she kept me updated on the status of my car, and she was very helpful when/if I had any concerns. My car was finished earlier than expected and that's a PLUS.

Trey was extremely helpful and communicated the entire process with me through the repair of my Mercedes Benz. On top of a fantastic job repairing my car, it was done way ahead of schedule which I deeply appreciate. If I ever need repairs to my car again, I will choose Caliber Collision. I will also recommend them to anyone in need of a professional and timely repair job. 10/10

Caliber Collision took excellent care of my Kia Forte. My advisor, Chase.,kept me informed of repairs. Everyone at Caliber Collision were polite, kind and courteous. My Kia Forte was cleaned before being returned to me. I have no complaints.

Chase at Caliber Collision on Newland Road in Columbia was absolutely amazing! He kept me updated on everything involving my suv. My suv was even done before the date they gave me! He was very respectful and polite! I would highly recommend Chase and Caliber to everyone 😊!!!

Chase from this company was a dream!!! He kept in contact with me almost daily telling me the progress of my truck. He was always so kind and helpful. What a change from the pitiful service we see from most businesses of this last 4 years!!! Caliber Collision was highly recommended by a family member who owns a dealership in a different state. This is why I chose them over quotes that were less. The experience was unsatisfactory. The scheduled repairs were completed and it’s clear a quality check was not conducted there was a thick line of dried clear coat on the panel that was repaired. Dominique said it was a quick fix and retuned with the clear coat flaw removed, however; the paint underneath looked as if it was painted with nail polish. As I explained to Dominique the vehicle is a a lease etc. his response was “they don’t look at it that close, another customer entire front end was messed up and she barely looked at it when she picked it up. How unprofessional to compare something that wasn’t an issue to another customer. He assured my husband and I they would take it back to the shop to fix it properly. The next morning he called stating they polished it and made it look as best they could and if we wanted it fixed the right way we could discuss more money and blamed their error on a defect in the factory paint that was already there. Absolutely not true! He sent us pics of the vehicle in the sun (of course we couldn’t see nothing but a glare on the area, as a female I know better than to send a pics in the sun). When we picked up the vehicle, the front desk has us sign the quote sheet and stated the exact same documents were in our packet - little did we know the price charged on my debit card was different. My husband called the next day to ask why - he was told 2 totally different reasons as to why, and was told it would have been double if it was not self pay. I am very disappoint with this experience, I hope all locations don’t treat their customers this way.
