As always, customer service was very good. They kept me informed of what was going on, and Chase made sure that I was accommodated once I made a trip to Columbia and found out that I was unable to pick up my car as scheduled.

Customer service was personable and efficient. Shout out to repair technician Chase who successfully lobbied insurance company to cover additional damage. And did an excellent job in bodywork repairs. Kept up-to-date at all times. Very satisfied.

My Jeep grand Cherokee had been scratched by someone in the parking lot and I was pretty upset 😢 but my insurance sent we to caliper collision they took my car on the first available appointment and did a great job sooner than expected! I definitely recommend them and will use them again if I ever have to.

Worst experience EVER!!! Had to take car back multiple times because they failed to fix pieces that needed to be fix. They lied to me each time saying insurance company said it’s not accident related and denied fixing and each time was a lie. They half do anything they need to do. I think they just do a small portion just to get money from insurance companies. If you ever hear the insurance company didn’t want to approve it. Definitely don’t take their word for it call and question your insurance company because nine times out of ten they have something to do with either why your insurance company denied it or they just want to get as many cars because to them it’s quantity over quality. The list goes on with their bad service. Never going back to this caliber collision ever again

I don’t usually leave reviews but this repair shop deserves my thoughts about my experience here! Shout out to Chase for bringing my vehicle back to its original state and being a man of his words. This location gets the job done in a timely manner and the paint jobs are emasculating!!

Update: I tried to email the owner, based on the comment below, but the email address couldn't be found. Forgive the lack of brevity, but I truly hope this review can help the shop improve its policies and customer service. I dropped my car off at caliber in January 2022 for repair after a hit-and-run. They gave an estimated completion date but cautioned this could change due to supply chain issues. I understood. The problem was that it was nearly impossible to get updates about my cars progress. Calls were not returned, and though the front desk staff who answered were kind, they often needed answers from mechanics that were either not around or unreliable in returning calls. Sometimes, they would say they would be done by a certain date and call to confirm the morning of. This never happened. It was a frustrating experience, and I’m thankful my insurance repeatedly extended my rental car without communication from the shop. I eventually got my car back after about 3 weeks, and the repairs were done. Insurance paid out, and all was well. Over the next few months, the driver’s side door handle was getting stuck, to the point where I could not get in and had to enter from the passengers side and crawl over. I thought it may be due to new paint and would go away with use. It didn’t, and calling Caliber admittedly got away from me. The cover for the key entry fell off, and I learned a way to open the handle without issue most of the time. In May 2024, I called to ask if they would repair the handle and how much it would cost. I was absolutely shocked when they said they would repair it for free, based on the repairs they did previously. There was a warranty on the parts they handled. I was elated! I took my car in, and the employee said they would order a part and call me when it arrived. A month passed with no call, so I called in early July. Same as before, I had to keep calling until I could get in touch with the mechanic. His name was Chase. When I finally got him on the phone, he blatantly told me he received the part a while back but forgot about me completely, so after sitting on the shelf, they sent the part back. No apology. He said he would re-order it and asked for me to call in a week so he didn’t forget again. A week later, I called consistently for days to try to speak to him. To this point, I had been kind and understanding to everyone I spoke with. Finally, on July 26, I was able to speak with someone. I can’t remember if it was with Chase or his superior. He said they would not replace the door handle for free now because they had not replaced the door handle during the initial repair, only removed and reinstalled it. They could replace it for a charge (can’t remember how much but at least $150). He then rudely suggested that it was ridiculous I would think they’d repair something over a year after the initial repair. I responded that I only thought they would do that because they said they would. I was willing to pay them two months ago. But no, I would not be hiring them for the repair. In addition to the lack of any proper communication for two situations now, being quite literally forgotten and then asked to remind them to do their job, Caliber Collision went back on their word, to a customer that had given them a considerable amount of grace. I understand there are policies and that companies need to make profits. However, this “resolution” was the final culmination of the lack of professionalism, integrity, and customer service that Caliber Collision has displayed. I will not return, and I would not recommend anyone else use them, unless there is a serious overhaul in the way they do business. For what it’s worth, the woman/women I interacted with at the front desk and over the phone were nothing but cordial.

Wonderful people, excellent service and quality work. Chase was excellent, he kept me informed the entire time my car was at the shop. He took car of every concern that I had. They did excellent work on my vehicle and always had great attitudes.

My experience here with Caliber was above my expectations! The day I came in was just for an estimate but the friendly staff and good vibes had me feel confident to leave my vehicle in their hands. I was amazed by the professionalism of the text alerts keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. The just genuine care and kindness shown to me by the company was astounding. Thank you for repairing my car so quickly. To top it off looks like a brand new car. :)

They worked very well, they had my truck ready in a short time but they gave it to me with a scratch on the front and a plastic of the replaced door is not well glued, I no longer have time to leave my car again, I will have to keep it like this
