Jeremiah provided fantastic customer service throughout the process of repairing my car. He kept me updated every step of the way, and the shop did an outstanding job. The damage to my car is completely gone, and it looks as good as it did before the accident. They also completed the repairs on time, just as they promised. I'm very happy with my experience. Highly recommend!

Jerimiah walked me though the process in the beginning, making me feel comfortable. Efficient with time and service. My car was repaired in no time. He was able to explain everything to me where I could understand. The service was exceptional.

I had an excellent experience at this Caliber Collision. Jeremiah was a huge help throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way, ensuring I knew how things were going with my car. From the very start, he made sure everything was set up perfectly. The repairs were completed in less than two weeks, and the quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend this shop for any car repairs, they truly do an awesome job!

Amazing and amazingly fast service. Additionally, everyone here is friendly, and the waiting area is very nice, and fully stocked with a nice little coffee bar.

I highly recommend this location! I had an issue related to previous repairs from another Caliber Collision. I mistakenly went to this location, thinking it was where my car was supposed to be repaired. I had put in the wrong address and ended up here. The front receptionist, Michelle, kindly asked me to send her the information from my email, and she promised to have her manager take a look at it. The manager Mrs. Diane took the time to assist me by walking over to my car to examine the issue. Mrs. Diane even got her technician to fix my problem on the spot. This location definitely deserves two thumbs up for their excellent customer service! Thank you and your team for getting my car fix!!

While I don't like to go there, Caliber is a great place to get repair and restoration done. All said ... I would like it if people would just pay attention to their driving and stop causing damage.

Got me in very quick and kept me informed of the progress with daily updates. Jeremiah also reached out by phone with details regarding the insurance. They gave me a date of completion and delivered right on time. I am very satisfied with the work….and how clean my car was at pickup.

Caliber Collison was quick and efficient with getting my car fixed after my accident. They handled everything with insurance, hooked me up with a rental car, and Chase was super helpful and informative throughout the process. Chase was great at answering any questions I had and reaching out with updates as needed. I’m glad to have my car back and I’d recommend Caliber to anyone needing repairs!

Worst experience ever, never care about customer, keep extending the repair days every week for more than a month without giving a dam or care about the consequences like an amateur!!!
