Took our truck in for repairs after a hit and run collision. They did excellent work and were honest and up front about what damage they discovered and how long they would need to repair it. Hopefully we won't be involved in any more accidents, but it's nice to know they're there if we need them. Thank you, Caliber.

I would not recommend this company. They promised to address the issue if an excellent survey was submitted, but only after reviewing and approving the survey first. However, I am unwilling to compromise my integrity by submitting a falsely positive review when the service was subpar. Additionally, attempting to backtrack and claim that you said something different is unprofessional. The calls are recorded, and I also recorded the call, so it’s easy to verify the facts.

Avoid this Caliber collision center at all costs. I write this review after a member of my family had their car unnecessarily 'totaled-out' by this Caliber collision, simply because they didn't have the bay space to complete the work. This place is a complete joke of reputability. Our family vehicle was in a minor fender-bender (B-R quarter panel was dented and needed to be replaced) and our insurance adjuster recommended this Caliber location. We take the car there, it sits for a week - no estimate is reported to insurance. We contact our insurance provider, requesting that they [if possible] expedite the process. Within 48-hrs, Caliber has come back with a quote that totals-out the car - citing $10,000.00 worth of damage. When we request a breakdown of this $10,000.00 cost, Caliber are unable to provide it. Immediately after receiving this estimate, Caliber put in a 'collect your car' notice to our insurance provider - indicating that the vehicle has sat on their lot for too long - and now they are charging $25.00/day towards the vehicle if it isn't removed. Within a day of getting these estimates/notices we collect the car and drive it (yes - it still drives) to another, more reputable collision center. The new collision center quoted us $2,500 [total] to fix the car, indicating that there was other no indication of it being a totaled-out vehicle or it needing to be turned into a 'salvaged' title. When I contacted a colleague who provides parts to Caliber, he explained what Caliber representatives are doing: there are too many accidents occurring within the COS-area and Caliber Collision are unable/unwilling to meet this demand. While they have contracts with most major insurance providers, all Calibers do not prioritize work that they deem as being a 'waste of their time'. Instead, their estimators will simply junk-quote insurance (this is fraud) in-order to move the car off the lot. Caliber will only prioritize vehicles that are newer and in better shape - indicating that cars over 100,000 miles are [almost] always totaled-out. This described our family's situation to the letter. In order to substantiate this, we requested the written/completed estimate provided by Caliber, so we could compare it to our new quote. When requested, Caliber denied our insurance company access to this quote saying that it was already provided to them (it wasn't). When our insurance company pressed the issue, they received an incomplete estimate that did not total-up to $10,000.00. Additionally, the items they did quote/provide an estimate for were exorbitantly overpriced...likely in an effort to pad/inflate the [actual] quote. This is the second time our family has dealt with Caliber (the first time was in NE-Denver), and a similar situation happened at another location - where they denied fixing a claim citing 'pre-existing damage' and subsequently totaling-out that car. This stinks of poor, possibly illegal business ethics. In addition to this review, I have since contacted the Better Business Bureau, in-order to investigate these shystery tactics. If you read this far in my Google review, I can recommend MACCO (further East, off of Garden of the Gods) as being honest/reputable in their business practices. AVOID ALL CALIBER COLLISIONS LIKE THE PLAGUE

Staff was friendly & helpful and they did a beautiful job with the repair, it looks like new & they made extra effort to get a portion covered by my insurance that was initially denied.

Caliber Glass is by far the WORST! Mobile unit came to Caliber Auto in Pueblo and Destroyed my 16 Corvette Stingray convertible. The exterior side pillars are broken inside and they hid the damage by putting them back on making it invisible to the eye, cracked the screw holes by using an impact wrench on plastic, Gouged the tabs inside by using a tool entirely too big and scratched my touch screen. Ripped my interior liner on the sides of the glass and slapped GLUE on the damage! Found the exterior side damages today when I had another windshield installed and the installer saw what they did. See photos, zoom in a really look at their handy work. NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT THE DAMAGE!

The personnel here were absolutely OUTSTANDING in their knowledge, skills, and friendliness. Even though one is there because something bad happened to their vehicle, it is a genuine pleasure to walk into that office and interface with these great people!!! (I'm NOT kidding)!

Their communication was great from start to finish and they did a great job from tear down to paint and when I further inspected the paint I didn't see any dirt spots or orange peel.

DO NOT GO HERE. These guys are committing straight up insurance fraud (this review is the first of several lines of effort in that regard…) In my case, I got a plastic piece on the back of my car replaced, and in order to increase their bottom line billing geico, they reported it as moderate damage ALL AROUND. Only found out today checking my car fax. If you’ve gone here in the past, check yours asap!!

Great service and contact throughout the repair process. Very reasonable timeframe on getting the vehicle in for repairs and completed everything one week earlier than expected. Definitely recommend Caliber Collision on Garden of the Gods for vehicle repair services.

Absolutely better service than expected. Steph was my adjuster and literally was the epitome of perfection! I’ve had horrible problems with other repair shops like Service King, or Eurocars, but I was recommended to Stephanie at Caliber Collision! Not once did I need to actually call, I was updated about the process of when my car was in, and getting broken down, to the estimate, to the point of QA, and picking up my Kia! I have told everyone else I know about going to her specifically because of how detailed and up to date she is with the repair process! Her personality is amazing and her vibes were easy to feel.! It’s been a while since someone from this industry has made me feel this comfortable with my car ! If I could give this a 6 star, I would because of her ! The front desk was a little lax though. Not the worst, but this all gets overridden by Steph’s attitude and ability to get her job done ! Quality and speed!

It was a great drop of experience. Everyone was very kind and helpful even calling the rental company to pick me up. I'll update once the estimates and repairs are in. UPDATE: Sadly my car was deemed a total loss by the insurance company, but the people at Caliber were still wonderful through the end process of gathering personal items and making sure that I had everything I needed from the vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone with repair needs that fit in their scope.
