Caliber is the go to for your bodyshop needs! Not only did they fix my bumper on my Golf Mk. 7. They also fixed some minor clear coat damage on my left passenger door and hood. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle back to its factory finish! Will absolutely go to them again! Thank you so much Caliber Collision!

I usually only leave a review if the service was really good or really bad… in the case it was AWESOME! Jenn was assigned to me back in October and she was amazing! So nice and gave me updates almost everyday regarding my toyota corrolla cross. The car itself was perfect! Well done to the service crew and thank you guys for washing my car 🩷 10/10

Mack is awesome. I ran out of gas right behind the Caliber Collision building. I walked in to see if they had a gas can. Mack was about to go to lunch but went out of his way to help me out. He found an empty gas can, took me over to the gas station to fill it up and then drove me to my car. Nathan was there as well and assisted with the gas can and helping me fill my car. I appreciate what they did so much, because it was cold and I didn’t have any other way to get gas. This is the type of customer service that is rare and extremely valuable today. They didn’t ask for anything in return and didn’t accept anything that was offered. 100% recommend Mack and his team to go above and behind to get the job done.

Wow!😮 😔 I'm so glad I just read all these 1 star reviews from Caliber Collision North on Woodmen, We really dodged a bullet on this. We took our 2002 GMC Sierra Truck in for an estimate and James who was so nice and professional gave us a reasonable estimate. We got tired of dealing with USAA who was the insurance company of the guy who hit our parked truck. We called our insurance which is State Farm and told them USAA is dragging there feet and giving us the run around and we need our truck because one of our rental properties is been vacated and we need the truck to haul materials and tools for repairs on our property. State Farm said take it in to get repaired and we will recoup the cost from USAA. The State Farm Claims adviser set up appointment for immediate repair. We showed up and the service advisor David Valerio, who was assigned to our claim walked out looked at our truck and said that a new hire James should have not given us an estimate because they do not repair vehicles prior to 2009 and if we leave the truck it will be declared totaled. Our 2002 truck with 135790 miles in excellent mechanical condition, the driver door was all that was hit and couldn't open so let's just total out a perfectly good truck because it's old. Thanks for discriminating against old models, we also are seniors and my husband is a US Army veteran of foreign wars what does that say for us. Hopefully after I submit a complaint about how unprofessional we were treated State Farm will no longer consider this company as one of there referred repair shops in the near future or at least take this location off there approved list. Be aware before you bring your vehicle here. Be very, very, very, aware!!!!!

I turned my car in for hail damage. I got it back and my whole windshield was cracked on the whole driver side and they gave me the car and didn’t say anything about it. I had to call and take it back over there just an order for me to be told we didn’t notice that. Now my car is in worse shape then when I dropped it off. Completely unprofessional unapologetic this is the most ridiculous thing that I’ve ever seen. There was no sympathy for and Thanksgiving time. I’m gonna have to pay another deductible because my windshield was cracked and there was no communication.. awful I will never be back there

Had my brand new Honda Civic Sport hit in a parking lot a week after I bought it. It was covered by the other driver's insurance and it was repaired by Caliber Collision. I thought it was going to take a month or more to get the parts and for the labor. It took half that time and it looks just like it did when I drove it off the lot at the dealership! These folks are friendly, professional, helpful and they know what they are doing! If you need body work done, don't hesitate to use Caliber Collision for your body work needs! The 6750 E. Woodmen Rd location thew me off, at first, but don't let the location fool you. They get the work done, get it done right, and are easy and pleasant to deal with while it's being done! Cheers! caliber made getting my car fixed really easy, even though the insurance representative i was going through seemed to not know what was going on, all it took was one phone call to calliber for them to explain everything the sales rep couldn’t and they made everything make sense, as this was my first time having to file for an accident that was not my fault. i got rear-ended at a red light so my entire trunk had to be replaced and now it looks brand new! i will say i was confused why we had to wash my car, fill the tank completely, and take everything out of the car, but when i got it back, it still had a full tank, was clean and it didn’t take that long putting my stuff back in it(which i assume they do so nobody messes with your belongings) so my anxiety that they were going to take my car for a “joyride” really was just anxiety lol. i’m very pleased with everything and will be bringing my car here again if needed!

Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my car. David worked on my car and fixed a dent on the side of my car and my windshield. This shop keeps you updated throughout the process and thoroughly explains any questions you may have. Very professional and great customer service. I received my car back earlier than expected and David knew I was in a time crunch and made it happen! Thank again! :)
