I had a good experience with them. I did need a mechanic to check for suspension damage so they only have the South Tejon location with a mechanic. Rodney was very helpful and enjoyed working with him.

Excellent experience at the Tejon location in Colorado Springs. The team was great to deal with, communicated clearly and thoroughly through the whole process. They repaired my vehicle expertly and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repair on their vehicle.

My car sat at the shop on garden of the gods for a week. They rarely communicated with me and the GM of that store stated that it's "probably not totaled". An office woman at this location on Tejon got my permission to move my van which i gave verbal consent to. I was under the impression it would be moved that day. Days later, still no update, I call and ask and they tell me finally they have my vehicle but it will take a week for them to do their check in process. I asked them to explain this process and the woman said they needed time to "research proper repair procedures". Is that not what they are paid to know how to do? I don't have anything foreign or difficult to find parts for. Finally TWO WEEKS later, they tell me it's totaled after all. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of communication, lack of knowledge on how to repair vehicles and the fact they let my vehicle sit mostly untouched for two weeks. Will never use them again or recommend to anyone.

They went above and beyond when we needed repairs after a minor collision. Everything was clearly communicated and communication was SO easy! They finished WAY ahead of schedule and returned my car in better shape than they received it, it was the cleanest it had been in months! I even requested additional services to be done while it was with them, and even with that, everything was ready ahead of time. We have never had a smoother experience with any auto shop in our lives. Could not recommend the team a the Tejon location more!

My vehicle was unfortunately totaled so I didn't get any repairs done and cannot comment on quality of repairs or anything like that, but I really appreciated Tyler being very forthcoming and responsive with updates. Not a place you want to do repeat business with by nature but would absolutely consider Caliber again

This is my first time ever having a vehicle in the shop for repair. While I was bummed it would be there for two months, the amount of communication I received updating me on the progress made up for it. I appreciate communication from a service more than anything. I was also really impressed with how smooth the insurance process went. I felt like I really didn't have to do anything. Thank you Caliber for making a tough situation not so tough :)

BEWARE: I am a current customer/hostage. They accepted my Jeep Wrangler on 11/27. As of 12/20/23, they have moved it to a this location because it had more capacity. Yesterday, I was told they they will NOT look at it for at least 3 more weeks. 6+ weeks to take insurance photos. Maybe a few months they might work on it. CAPACITY = bigger parking lot to let cars wait longer before they even take picture. 6 WEEK or MORE and they"might" look at it.

Caliber Collision did an amazing job fixing my car after a wreck. They kept me informed, the repairs were completed EARLIER than quoted. They sent me off with a detail, a full tank of gas, and they even returned my rental car for me. Excellent service, well done!

The shop manager and repair lead did a great job keeping me in the loop on the repair status. In addition, they have some very good paint-less dent repair technicians that got all the hail dents out of my truck. I recommend them for repair needs.
