Caliber Collision is an exceptionally well-run business! The receptionist is welcoming and helpful, setting a positive tone from the moment you walk in. The entire staff is kind, professional, and informative. Patrick, in particular, goes above and beyond to assist, answer questions, and provide outstanding customer service. When we brought our vehicle in, they immediately got to work and sent all the necessary information to our insurance company within 24 to 48 hours—talk about efficiency! It's clear that the team at Caliber Collision has a genuine passion for cars, not just for the business aspect, but because they truly love what they do. Highly recommend!

Caliber Collision can do more than just cars and trucks! I brought in a plastic motorcycle pannier that was cracked, and Patrick was able to plastic weld the crack, saving me all kinds of money and time. No job too big or small for Caliber Collision. I'll be back.

English I recently had the opportunity to utilize Caliber for the repair of my vehicle, and I must express that the results exceeded my expectations. I used to use Browns Collision for a long time since they were an approved shop with insurance. After an accident this fall, I discovered they were no longer an approved shop, but Caliber was so I made the switch. Browns did a good enough job in the past, but Caliber has just blown them out of the water. Caliber not only finished the job several days ahead of schedule, they went ahead and fix a mudguard on one of my doors that was not exactly involved in the loss but had been bothering me none the less. They also did their very best to vacuum and wipe down the inside of my very filthy car, which is a tough job on its own. Their communication was clear and frequent throughout the process.This was all just above and beyond what I ever expected, and I never experienced anything similar at Browns. I'm thrilled to have a Caliber Collision in Charlottesville. I hope to not need them again, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands.

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! The staff is very friendly, everyone is so helpful, my car went in to be fixed and came back to me super quick! The atmosphere really shows that the employees as well as the managers all work really well together!

My car was damaged while parked. Caliber Collision did an excellent job of installing new parts and totally refinishing the areas of scraped paint. It was a pleasure to deal with them and my car looks better than ever!

Need to pay attention to details, it’s weird that i had to tell them to do this and that after the repair is done. Had to revisit multiple times to fix issues. Very hesitant to fix new issues after the repair is done.

Exceptionally good work, looks like new. Only docking one star for communication, which was not as prompt and direct as I’d prefer. Details below. My vehicle had an impact on the right side. Insurance was going to pay for the whole repair after my deductible, and we easily established the insurance connection to Caliber because I’ve worked with other Caliber locations in the past with great results. Once work started on my vehicle, the manager sent me text messages regularly with updates to my expected job finish date, etc. The messages asked for replies if help was needed. I replied several times with questions and got answers within a few days. When the job was done on my vehicle and I went to pick it up, I noticed that one of the door handles had a long, sharp crack down the center. It was sharp to the touch and was clearly the original, unrepaired handle. I was picking up on a Saturday so nobody was in the office. I took pictures, drove home, and then replied to the text message line asking for help as well as sent an email to the manager highlighting the issue. The manager did not get back to me for a week via text or email, so I followed up. He said they would purchase the part and let me know when it got in. I waited over a month with no word. I followed up again by email and text with no response. Finally, I called back and got him on the line — turns out they had the part and I could come in right away. I appreciated that the shop owner was deliberate about getting me taken care of once I highlighted the concern I had. They completed the repair to the door handle quickly and conveniently. The quality of the work, after I alerted them to the mistake, was great. I just would have preferred better communication from the manager I was working with considering I had to call it to their attention multiple times in order to get a response back. Ultimately, I would highly recommend caliber collision, but expect that you may need to proactively communicate in the event that your repair needs a follow-up. Thanks for repairing my vehicle!

Outstanding experience. We used Caliber for both an insurance issue that popped up as an emergency and a small self-inflicted injury that we had put off as the estimates from other shops were just not worth getting it fixed. The cost, quality and customer service were amazing. Especially the customer service. Everyone we interacted with, both in-person and on the phone were professional and personable. Will never go anywhere else should the deer have it out for us in the future.

Where do I begin?!? I had front damage to my car which they fixed and kept me updated on every step of the way. It looked brand new. When I had a concern they immediately fixed it for me. The customer service is amazing and everyone I came into contact with was professional, kind, and welcoming. They are the best and I will continue to use them over and over again!
