I had hit a big deer on my way home one night. messed up the front of my Honda accord as well as mostly the left side. It looked terrible. That was also my very first accident. I honestly selected caliber collision because it was the closest shop near me. I'm so glad I did though! Everyone I spoke to was so kind and friendly. They also kept me updated every step of the way. They also finished the job earlier than anticipated which is always a plus! Definitely will recommend coming here!

So glad I came here for my car repairs after a deer hit my car. Working with James was great, he was prompt in responding to any questions I had and very friendly. My only complaint is I can’t come here for all my general car repairs. The front desk was also very friend and accommodating. When I pulled in to pick up my car, I didn’t even realize it was mine at first. Thank you for giving me back what felt like a new car!

Stupidly drove the front bumper over a rebar sticking up in a parking lot. Went into reverse which created the problem of the front bumper being pulled away from the van. It is a Mercedes Metris camper and almost new. I paid out of pocket for the repair. I also asked them to install an after market brush style bumper, since all this front end work was being performed. The staff are great and extremely professional. And the van looks new again!

I blasted Bambi at 4am on a Monday morning. Never a good start. But after calling my insurance company, i had to call a body shop. Most of the folks I asked recommended Caliber, so at Lunch I called. Sabrina was incredibly Helpful, walked me thru the whole process. When I took my car up there, James walked me thru everything, very professional. very thorough and detailed. The estimate was reasonable. They called me back about 4 days later, informed me of where they were in the process (waiting on parts), talked about how much longer it would be. To my delightful Suprise, I was called 5 days before the estimated completion date. Ready, and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone who need a collision repair professional!

Great experience with Caliber. They are hands down the best body shop in town. They had our vehicle done ahead of schedule and under budget and kept us updated the entire time. James was great and very easy to work with; I can't say enough good things about how he handled the process. We will be taking all our fleet vehicles here in the future if the need arises. Extensive damage to the front end was fixed in a timely fashion, all sensors were repaired correctly and everything was re-calibrated properly. The car was returned cleaner than it was when I dropped it off - a nice bonus.
