Great customer service, I hit a deer in my acura with in a few hours I received a call from them asking me to drop it off for repairs, shortly after a few days my car was fix and better than before. The repairs are some of the best I have ever seen. Thank you, Caliber. Highly recommend

The team at Caliber took great care in fixing the small trunk spoiler on my 2001 BMW 325 convertible. She's a beauty and this loose piece made it impossible to open the trunk safely. The team found a solution for the repair that was both cost affordable and incredibly effective. We felt confident in their skills and so appreciated the effort - and quick turnaround. We will absolutely recommend them to friends and use them again when needed.

Everyone I met there was so nice and kind. I had no experience with car crashes and the insurance process, but I didn't have to care for them since they took care of everything before I asked. I could also get notices about the status throughout the whole process. The car looks brand-new after the repair. I'm so satisfied with the services.

Staff in office were great. Seamless process between insurer and Caliber. Just effortless - they had my estimate, handled any additional cost with my insurance. And car was SPOTLESS when I picked it up (not just your average “quick clean” you’d usually get after taking your car to be serviced…they straight up detailed my car, cleanest it’s been since I bought it).
