This was my first time having to get my car worked on. My friend recommended this exact location. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone. From dropping my car off to it being worked on this week all the way to picking it up. I worked with Tamara and she was amazing. Great communication skills and was on top of letting me know everything that was happening. Definitely would recommend this place again.

Amanda was amazing to communicate with. She gave me great information when I picked up the car. I cannot remember the other lady’s name that went over the paperwork with me. She was nice as well. Quality work.

Customer service at this location is atrocious if you are paying out of pocket. I've had nothing but bad experiences at two different locations from Caliber. They show no compassion or interest in humizing their customers.

From the initial phone call to the moment I received my keys, my experience with Caliber Collision was impeccable. I value communication, and they truly delivered. My car had some damage from an accident, but they returned it to me in excellent condition—both inside and out. I am very grateful to have worked with Caliber Collision. Tamara, my estimator, was phenomenal!

The repairs took about two weeks. The bumper replacement and paint job looks great. The driver-side rims and tires were replaced, but a lower-tread tire was left on the right side. I believe the tires should have been rotated to prevent uneven wear. Additionally, one of the new rims was missing its hub, and a recently replaced air vent was broken—likely during the post-repair cleaning process. I'm still waiting for a call regarding these issues.

Got into an accident which is never fun , but once I got my car with caliber collision they made everything better, the customer service to schedule the appointment was seamless. I worked with Tamara regarding updates on my car throughout the three week process and I was very impressed to be updated every other day, my car was t boned and both of my doors needed to be replaced, after repairs my car looks brand new again. This location does immaculate work and it’s clear everyone there knows what they are doing. Again, I can’t thank Tamara enough for her communication with me, she is a gem of an employee and Caliber is lucky to have her.

I had a wonderful experience. They always messaged me keeping me posted on what stage of repairs my car was in. So I didn’t have to be worrying or needlessly calling to find out on its status. They made it a stress free experience and the work they did on my car was fantastic. You can’t even tell anything ever happened. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a repair. After a local body shop attempted to total my car and charge me exorbitant repair fees, I called Calliber and talked to the manager Stefani who immediately offered to look at pictures of my car to assess the damage. Within a few weeks my car was towed from the other shop to Calliber and they were able to repair the car at well under the cost quoted to me by the other shop. Stefani and her team were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience after being taken advantage of by another shop.

Great service with this location. Tamara kept me updated throughout my car's entire process. Danielle in the office area was very helpful in ensuring all insurance information was correct and even did a 3-way call with me and an insurance representative to make sure everything was processed correctly. Ms Tamara Jones was very communicative, and kept me up to date 24/7! This was the first time I’ve had to do this type of process, and I believe it went very smoothly & felt like I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I’m a complete question-asker and am always searching for clarity but there was no need for that. The front desk staff was also very friendly! It was also the same two ladies whenever I went back to the University location.
