Had parking lot damage done to my 2020 Forester. GEICO sent me to Caliber Collision on Chinden in Garden City. They were outstanding in every aspect of service from start to finish! Destiny kept in touch so we would know the behind the scene progress. They speedily completed the repairs and I was so impressed with the finished product! Our car looks like new inside and out. They even took care of a small scratch I found the day after I picked the car up. They got me in the next day and took care of it! Highly recommend Caliber Collision! Great team and great customer communication and service!!!

I am picky and Caliber Collision delivered beyond what was promised! The front desk staff was patient and courteous in answering all of my questions. Robert as well was patient, very knowledgeable and calmed any concerns I may have had from never working with this company in the past. He's got a great sense of humor, too! In addition, those who had hands on while actually fixing my SUV did an excellent job right down to the interior and exterior detailing job. Thank-you! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I can't speak highly enough of the quality of work these guys did on my car. It was a rather involved repair that consisted of cutting out and replacing a large section of unibody. Two rims had to be repainted, and a good portion of the interior had to be removed in order to complete the repair. After it was painted, put back together and delivered, it was like new. You couldn't even tell it had ever had damage to it. These are some very skilled autobody technicians at this shop. I want to give a special shout out and huge thank you to Desitny who went above and beyond during the process to keep me informed of their progress every step of the way. She even delivered the car to me and explained in detail what was done, what I can and can't do in the coming weeks. I couldn't be happier with their service. I am now a customer for life and will always recommend Caliber Collision. Especially the Chinden Blvd. location. THANK YOU Caliber Collision!!! :)

On 3/24/2023 my vehicle was towed (by insurance) to Caliber on Chinden for an inspection. After that, I was constantly harassed by the GEICO claims department stating CALIBER COULDN'T FIND MY VEHICLE (Which you can see in THEIR lot right in front of their main entrance in the picture I took) and on 4/3 my insurance called me threatening to cancel the rental immediately if they couldn't find the vehicle UNLESS I PROVED to them MY vehicle was at #CaliberCollision. (I had already communicated to #GEICO on each and every phone call that both my teen and I had SEEN the car there when driving on Chinden several times to run errands). They forced me to go down to their shop, and when I was there, Destiny Ironcloud came out to ask where it was. I said- I'm parked right in front of it. She then made a bunch of baloney excuses about why her and the other stuff couldn't find my vehicle including- "Oh, the trash truck was parked there at some point so maybe that's why we didn't see it". No accountability or apologies, only excuses to their #negligence. Mind you, I was waiting for an important phone call for emergency care which resulted in delayed care and financial loss, as I had to cancel work commitments. Destiny had me come in and asked my what was the best way to contact me, to which I replied email/ text will be best as I have a full schedule the next two days (4/4-4/5) and won't be able to get to the phone so I will be getting back to you as soon as I'm able as I need my family member getting that emergency procedure, I have work commitments, and I'm also slow due to a disability, I need extra time to do things in general but get them done as soon as I'm able but do have limited mobility. She then said she would email me with an estimate, after the inspection, and a completion date of May 1st but she would email/ text on 4/4 with this information along with a new completion date and more information prior to doing any work. Comes 4/4, I was in that emergency procedure for my family member and Destiny and her office kept calling several times while I was in my family member's procedure. I called back to ask them to text/ email as I couldn't be on the phone due to the nature of the situation. I again, said "I will get back to you guys as soon as I'm able". I NEVER received the estimate and their excuse for lack of communication is "I don't know what's going on with the computer ". My rental was originally scheduled through April 7th, but Destiny contacted MYLES CROTHERS (the adjuster assigned) VERY EFFICIENTLY and QUICKLY on 4/5 after she received my automated text (letting people know I'd be getting back to them on 4/14 and to please respect my religious holiday) at 12:01pm MST and told him the vehicle had already been repaired and I was refusing to pick it up. At 12:09pm, only 8 minutes later, Myles texted to say the rental had been cancelled and then Enterprise also texted me at 2:37pm . I saw these texts when I had a short 15 min break and I still had to complete assignments, unfortunately I would be done by 5:30 and that's exactly what time they close. On 4/6, I get a text from an unknown number at 6:55am, totally outside of business hours saying "This is Caliber Collision, you're vehicle has been completed since 4-4-23 as of yesterday the insurance company has stopped paying for your rental and you will be liable for the charges on your rental. This was nothing more than harassment as I had already been notified multiple times by multiple people. They didn't need to give out my personal info to someone else to harass me before business hours. Also, the "estimate" I never got from Caliber and had to get from GEICO has multiple mistakes and I have no way of knowing if they really fixed my car or someone else's and whether it's safe to drive. From that, it also looks like GEICO isn't paying and I was never notified of that by Caliber Collision prior to them proceeding with the alleged repairs. If insurance wasn't covering the damages, they had to notify me first as I NEVER agreed to repairs, only inspection.

Robert and his team were AWESOME! They got me in quickly and the quote was super fast. The work was then done exactly when Robert said it would be. They made things extremely easy when dealing with the insurance company and I couldn’t be happier. We have used Caliber in the past and will use them again if needed. They are great!!!

**UPDATE** I have contacted the email attached to this review, and have been left with no response by both the contact email and the Boise Center Management Team. I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience here. After my car was brought in for an insurance estimate and deemed a total loss, I decided to buy it back. Robert, whom I spoke with on 11/6, assured me that my car would be fully reassembled by the next day. Unfortunately, that deadline was missed—not just once, but for nearly a week. Every day, I had to call back to get updates, and each day, the assembly was delayed yet again. When I finally went to pick up my car six days later, I was shocked by its condition. It was far from being put back together. The inner door panels were missing, the headlight wasn’t plugged in, the fog lights were left in the trunk, and the grill wasn’t fastened. Parts like the door handles were put on haphazardly, and the headlight was barely held on with one screw. Several components were either lazily reattached or not reassembled at all. I also found broken pieces that they failed to reimburse or mention, and I’m missing several smaller parts entirely. I tried to hold my own professionalism, but this was beyond acceptable. I have photos of the car prior to taking it in that show these parts were intact, as well as images from when I picked it up with pieces scattered in the trunk and door panels completely off. This was an upsetting and unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing reliable, quality service. I will be bringing this up with my insurance, as they should not be recommending this so called "collision repair shop". This shop will not respect your property.

Im so glad my insurance comp (USAA) recommended Caliber Collision, Chinden Blvd, Boise, ID. Easy access, really nice waiting rm, friendly & helpful staff. But most importantly, the end result. My damaged car was made perfect again. Plus, they cleaned my car thoroughly inside and out. Another nice feature is the car rental, Enterprise, is a few blocks down the street, same side as Caliber. They definitely have a return customer here.

Worst car experience I've ever had. Do not go here!! Terrible communication from everyone there. Fender, bumper, and door needed to be taken apart due to deer hit. It was relatively clean hit and most parts were in perfect condition. These guys were not supposed to fix it, just assess the damage then put the parts back together and it was a huge pain for them to even do that. They said our car would be ready soon and each time we called to pick it up, it wasn't or the mechanic had already gone home. After 5 days of persistent calling it was finally "ready" to be picked up. When we get there the trunk and back seat are full of car parts that they refused to put back on, that would have been easy for them to do and were fully intact when we dropped the car off. Everything from the fog lights, side panels, interior of the car doors, window rubber pieces, etc. They treated the car carelessly and clearly were ripping pieces off because we picked it up with zip ties now holding the bumper and other pieces together that were sturdy before. We drove 6 hours after the deer hit and the car was in better condition before we took it to this business. In addition, the front desk lady was instantly extremely defensive and rude when I confronted them about all the pieces they left off. She gave me a BS answer and saying she has no idea what the mechanics did despite 'working there for 20 years'. We told them we're planning to buy back the car to fix it and they still caused damage to it and treated it like trash. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Don't trust them or give them your money. All they'll do is waste your time and treat your personal property like junk.
