Wow. I cannot say enough about the team from the shop manager and all the other associates. Each one was kind, professional and they truly went above and beyond. There was a snafu with scheduling the rental car, and the manager took it upon himself to call the regional manager for the rental car service to get me a vehicle. They also finished in record time, and well ahead of what they had estimated. The repair looks terrific, and they guarantee their work. All in all, they made a really difficult time actually pleasant. THANK YOU!

From the time I walked thru their doors it was a wonderful experience. Megan asked if she could help me and I said I wanted to get an estimate. She said someone would be right with me. Megan was friendly, courteous and helpful. Then Richard did the estimate and I can't say enough about how professional and friendly he was. He explained how the process works and knew how to make sure it went very smoothly. They texted me every step of the way so I knew what was going all thru the entire repair. They did and excellent repair job and I have no complaints. Even the price was reasonable, it was lower than the most expensive shop in the area and just a little higher than the known cheapest shop in town. Their front office was very clean, organized and efficient. It was night and day difference from the other two shops I received estimates from. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anybody that asks me if I know a great body shop that has excellent customer service and does an outstanding repair job with no complaints. Keep up the great work.

Recently our car battery died and we walked in off the street looking to see if they had a battery charger. Not only did they have one, they jump started our car and took me to the auto parts store to buy a new battery. They then installed the battery for us. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

From the first moment I walked into Caliber Collision Auto Body on 3321 South Federal Way in Boise, Idaho, I was greeted by a very friendly man named Richard. He was very thorough in answering all my questions and also how he detailed all the information on how and when to expect my vehicle back. Richard examined the damaged caused by the deer with precision of a surgeon getting ready for an operation, but on a vehicle. He would text me day to day details of what was being done to the truck. I was always in the loop as though I was practically there at the shop. He was very honest with his estimates and his professionalism on knowing the intricacies was very impressive! I thought they would just take out damaged parts and replace with same, but he sees that getting hit and hitting something are two very different situations and damage is often not seen to the general public's naked eyes like mine. There is alot more to it as I found out. Richard made sure everything was repaired back to original manufacturers specifications. This is what I call personally taking care of the customer. The customer service there at Caliber Collision is excellent and they were very helpful in getting me a rental car and Olivia was so thoughtful in telling me to just drop off the rental and just take my truck home when I went to pay my deductible thinking I would be back later after getting a ride there. Their workmanship is second to none. Their quality of fit and finish is excellent. The gap of my hood was wider on one side after hitting the deer, and after receiving the truck back, the gap was exactly the same on both sides of the hood and the paint on the left fender matched perfectly. One can't tell there was any damage or repair done to it, other than it now looks newer than new! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of my friends and family to Caliber Collision for any personal auto repair needs. I am a customer of Caliber Collision Auto Body for life! Also a shout out to my insurance company, The Travelers Insurance Company for recommending me to Caliber Collision Auto Body. Otherwise I would not know if I would be writing this.
