Save your money don’t go here!!!!! I purchase a vehicle and had some significant damage that needed to be repaired. I submitted pictures and then later on I recieved a message saying that they don’t work on vehicle deemed total loss through insurance. Hhhhm I thought this place was a body shop and not a place where they choose and pick if a car was total loss or not. SMH save your money.

If you're looking for a collision repair shop in Bakersfield, you need look no further than Caliber Collision on Rosedale Highway. My experience with them was top-notch in every way from greeting to explaining the work necessary, to the estimate of cost for the repairs and working with my insurance company. I would go to them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

GMC Yukon painted in 2020 . Paint job still looks great, side trim pieces had lost the finish. Recently stopped in to ask if they could repaint, was scheduled in quick, customer service was great, was updated several times throughout , vehicle was ready in 1.5 days & they honored the warranty work. Truck was hand washed and delivered to me, thanks to Kyle & Reyna for the customer service great job

I love that they erase any worries by giving constant updates, text messages and person to person calls, erases any worries or anything that I would consider having. completely absolutely great service.Todd and Amanda thank you so much! Also, my car was in and out in 10 days

Such an amazing experience here ! Todd went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of ! The whole process itself was super easy and STRESS FREE! Staff at the front was always so kind to us and also made the checkout process a breeze ! They also finished my car pretty quickly which was also amazing, I was updated almost daily through text & call. Thank you guys so much once again! Will definitely recommend to friends & family !

Extremely satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. The car looks brand new. In addition, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the experience, especially the front desk and Ulices. I would recommend this business 10/10.

My car was grazed in a hit and run. Did all the insurance claim, etc. Brought it in to Caesar. He was able to buff out the scrape in about 10 minutes. Every time I've needed collision repair - Caliber on Rosedale!

Had a really great experience getting my car repaired at Caliber. I worked with Cesar and he did outstanding job keeping me updated and the car looked practically new when I picked it up. They definitely overachieved!

Thank you Caliber Collision for your help repairing my car after a accident. This was the first time I had to deal with an accident and the follow through after. Amanda and the staff made the process so easy and smooth. Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable from getting my quote to picking up my car. My car looked amazing and like new. The car was done before expected date and I was kept updated with text and calls often . Highly recommend to use Caliber Collision for any car repairs.
