I took my car in for repairs, and while it took a little longer than expected due to the holiday season, the service was excellent. Advisor Brandon was great—he patiently answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. Since the repair took longer than anticipated, he even offered to drop off my car at my home, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, great customer service and a positive experience!

I had my 2021 Car worked on after a collision a few months back . At initial pick up of my car I did have some issue that needed some attention so I took it back and they corrected 2 minor issues but left the main issue of my car unresolved. Apparently there is a fan that comes on by itself randomly thru the day sometimes for long periods of times. I have coworkers come tell me my car is on and running as they pass it in parking lot. It's also stay on after I shut my car off every single time. I'm currently sitting in now with no key in ignition and it's on just running. I called today and 3 other times to speak with Landon but conveniently he's never able to get to my calls. I'm never asked who is calling but the receptionist does get on the phone after and addresses me by my last name and says he'll return my call. Assuming they have caller id ... Well here I am months later with no luck getting him on the phone or a call back. My car still sounds like crap, my engine sounds like a race car when driving and I have an unresolved fan issue . Never had a collision before so my 1st time having to deal with auto collision places but this place jus ain't it... I didn't want to write this but others should be on notice about the lack of urgency to get issues they caused fixed..

They did an amazing job after my car got rear-ended. They dealt with the insurance company and even coordinated the car rental place to pick me up. They returned my car in better condition than before my accident! All during the busy holiday season

Oooooh where to start lol bottom line, don’t come to this shop. You’re better off leaving your vehicle in the middle of a field and fixing it with a hope and prayer.

Repairs not done right. Car plastic poorly put back together and not restored to manufactures condition. Everytime I have gone to this business even in different locations I have had issues. Issues with communication about when to pick up the car and now repairs done 100% wrong. You can look at the other side of my car and see how poorly it was put back together. I will be calling Monday to get a solution and then Geico if I have to.

Absolutely beyond reasonable expectation. My accident was on Saturday. I put my car in the shop on Monday and seven days later my car was completely repaired and delivered to my house.

Amazing work by Caliber Collision of Manchaca in Austin. Brandon was my advisor and he absolutely kept me informed throughout the entire process and my car looked better than the day I bought it. Seriously. Second time using them and the one time I didn’t I regretted it!

Calvert collision went out of their way to make sure that my vehicle would be repaired where it would be safe and in the same condition that I had before my accident. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
