My car needed some work done, oil leak , new brakes and tie rod ends. The oil leak was coming from the timing cover and valve cover. Everett the service manager told me it would be almost 1500 for the timing cover ..and I asked him how much it would be for everything..he quoted me almost 5000 dollars?? I could get another car for that much... I did a estimate on how much the timing cover job should cost and it said 900 to. 1100..after he quoted me 1500... That would mean the brakes and tirod replacements would be over 3000? That's ridiculous..So I'm gonna do the brakes and tie rods myself..so I called another shop and they quoted me about 1100 for the timing cover and valve cover replacement. So I was going to pick up my car and take it there.. When I showed up the other guy not Everett I don't remember his name, Said that they would do a price match so I agreed to let them do the timing and valve cover since my car was already there. I called Saturday to see when my car would be ready and Everett said He would call me back . he never did.. I wouldn't recommend taking my vehicle here these guys aren't very honest and tried to get away more money out of me than what I really should have paid.

This was my first time at Caliber and they were upfront, honest and quick! Something that may have taken weeks at a dealership, took 4 hours max. Definitely going back!

Best place to take your vehicle! That had me in and out, I couldn’t even get to use my rental that long! Customer service was top notch as well! Everett helped my during my repair and he was great! Would highly recommend this location!

Great shop!! Got all of my issues done the next business day. Even swapped out the fuel pump and it runs way better!! Would 100% recommend this shop with a solid warranty on their work.

I had taken my car to another place repeatedly and they couldn't not get my check engine light off. Came here and they fixed it in 2 hours. The mechanics were very nice, Informed me exactly what was going on and were very thorough. I definitely recommend this place.

Jerry and Fred got things done, while Everett was dismissive of my situation. He never returned calls and he didn't provide me with the information he promised. It was 2 days before I got a response AFTER I called and requested a status update. I had to rent a vehicle and because of Everett's dismissive approach, I rented the vehicle for two days longer than I should have. Fred and Jerry were great, but Everett acted as if every other customer's vehicles were more of a priority than my vehicle. Five stars for Fred and Jerry, can't give Everett any stars. I'll give 2 stars for the 2 gentlemen who helped me.

Can't tell you enough how appreciative I am to have come to a honest place. I took my 2014 infinity qx80 in to get an diagnostic to tell me anything wrong with my vehical and to get my throttle body and mass air flow sensor replaced. As it turns out I didn't have to get my throttle body or mass air flow replaced. I did get a fuel system cleaning and get new brake pads on the front. I want to say thank you to Everett, adam, and roel. This will be my one stop shop for all my vehicals needs. 5/5

Do NOT take your vehicle here!! The Service Manager at this location is an unprofessional, unethical liar. My truck was vandalized at this location. The Service Manager told me that they would make the repairs (it was keyed) and that they would replace the bedcover (which was slashed). He claimed that he tried for over a month to order a new bedcover, but that they were out of stock. That was a lie - every time I checked there were some available. He told me in May that he would reach out to his boss about a check (instead), and then he would call me back – he never did. Do NOT trust this location!

The manager was extremely helpful and had his technician look at the car, the hood on the car would not open,his technician worked on n it, to repair the cables instead of replacing them, saving us some money

Very unprofessional I would have to call to get a status on my vehicle they would always say they would call me back and I never heard from them,Also I was told they ordered a part for my vehicle and it would be in that Monday.. I call Monday and there telling me they just ordered the part and it would take another whole week I just had my vehicle picked up and taken to another shop! 😡😡 I’ll never send my vehicle here again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about Caliber Auto Care on Wurzbach! Fred, Everett, and the whole team were absolutely amazing in getting both of my vehicles up and running. They are so sweet and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. They even went the extra mile by removing a dead bird from my vehicle 🫠! Their professionalism and humor turned a potentially frustrating situation into a pleasant experience. Highly recommend them for any auto care needs!

Reasonable prices on the services, and they can do multiple in just one day. They provide rides home while you wait through Uber.
