I had a check engine light come on and I stop by and Robert at the front desk helped me out. I explained to him what was going on with my truck and he already had a idea right away. I dropped off the truck in the morning and they had it ready in the afternoon. Very helpful and good service thanks for everything.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and, with a recommendation from Hill Country Honda, coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid and an alignment. They took it back and inspected it, and found I didn't need those fluids and my alignment was fine. I walked away paying only $88.86 for oil and tire rotation. Thank you, Caliber Auto Care. This team is honest, thorough, and they do quality work.

Took my moms car in for a check engine light and rough idle, was told high pressure fuel pump was the issue. Waited a few days for parts to come in, brought in the car and was told it should be ready in a few hrs At almost 530pm, no update, called in to check in, was told it had been ready a few hrs ago and can be picked up. Next day, got a call from Mom, was told car is still idling rough and engine light came back on. Took it back the following week( I was out of town). Was told this time it was the in tank fuel pump. It would be about a week for parts to come in. I left the car with them because I would be going out of town again and wouldn't be around to bring it in. Almost a week later on Saturday, I got a call and was told the car was ready. Told them l, I was out of state and my sister was picking it up. On Sun morning, got another call from Mom saying lights back on and is still running rough. 2 visits and 2700 bucks later, and the issue still remains. Shop mechanics seem to be more of remove and replace techs just throwing parts and seeing what sticks and not actually diagnosing the issue at hand. Auto fault code has been the same all throughout the month of visits. Service dept. does not keep you updated on anything. I was told I would only be charged for parts and labor the second time around, came back and asked my sister for the invoice and saw an extra charge of a 100 dollar for diagnostic charge. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill, prices are high, they only had one tech who seemed inexperienced doing oil change, literally working under the car then going to the top and working there... 1hr pluss for an oil change.... Got my report in a text, " warning light" noted for the windshield washer fluid. Nothing done about it. Paid $100 not even the courtesy of adding some washer fluid? I liked this place because it was no hassle everything done fast... Seems to not be the case any more. Unfortunate...

They had a playground for my kids while I waited in the waiting area. What auto place whether it’s break or change oil or any fixtures has a playground inside for their kids plus coffee and beverages. This place is a must if you have kids to get your car right

Charged me $99 just to see what was wrong, told me I needed all 4 mounts for engine & transmission, thermostat replaced and coolant flush and all that would be $2100. Took it into Tim at Ace Auto Repair on Eisenhauer and he said only 3 needed replacing, thermostat was fine. He fixed the coolant issue and replaced the 3 mounts that needed it all for less than $800 and in just a few hours

I liked the last service I had but this time was really bad, I had zero updates until Monday (6 days after car drop) and called them for every single one despite them saying they’ll let me know. Chris was my contact. I took my car in Tuesday night for check engine light and AC, Wednesday they said they couldn’t get it in the bay as after the code was pulled my key was erased so they had me bring my spare on Thursday after work after telling me someone would pick it up Wednesday, but as they were about to close I called and they said yeah they got caught up sorry. Friday comes and my assigned tech is on vacation and they can’t get someone else to look at my car. Saturday the lead tech they brought can’t fix it so they contact a locksmith. Locksmith can’t come till Monday but this isn’t communicated until Monday. Monday rolls and I just say I want my car back it’s been an entire week and I’m struggling to get rides to work, I told them I cannot justify paying $200 in diagnostics (ac and engine) when its been such a poor experience with little communication so I just wanted my car back. The only update they communicated was today, 6 days after bringing it in. I got brakes and rotors replaced here and loved the service but this time it was absolutely awful.

Horrible customer service. I went to the counter and employee did not acknowledge me. Then after the oil change. There were some items that needed to be addressed according to their report. The employee did not mention anything about and too busy on the computer. Then I asked him about it and he looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about. Never again. I gave them a second chance. First time they had a car show and there no parking. I had an appointment for a oil change. They told me that it would take 2 hours. The reason for the delay. The car show. The employees were to into the car show than the customers. Again never again.

I had really bad experience with The auto caliber on potranco , one of the workers there his name ( Richard) the short Richard not the tall one because there is two Richard Richard the short he was super rude and he was telling me you cannot stand outside the office 😂😂😂what? Thats a public property! I understand if he meant inside the work place but not outside the office I talked to the manager ( phelipe ) he said im sorry and totally there is no problem to stand outside the office! I talked to my attorney a bout this situation, and im following with him.

The best service ever! They provided me with ride home from the shop while they worked on my car. No need to kiss work. Chris the supervisor was very nice and respectful. Got a great deal on the repairs. Highly recommend.

They have consistently been quick, respectful, reasonably priced and reliable. They have been one of the only mechanics that I am happy to sit and wait in their waiting room. It is clean and inviting. The staff is helpful and informative without being pushy. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a mechanic in the area.
