Very courteous and customer focused business. I really appreciate that they don't try to upsell me whenever I come in for routine stuff. And even if they do find some issues with my vehicle (I think their courtesy multipoint inspection is fairly standard operating procedure) they don't try to pressure me into thinking the wheels will fall off if I don't address the problem immediately. I can't say how much I appreciate that one thing! Our last mechanic routinely found thousands (!) of dollars of issues with our cars nearly every time we brought them in.

I am not a fan of going to large chains for routine vehicle maintenance, too much upselling for my taste (ever have someone show you a sparkling white air filter and suggest an overpriced replacement?). That's not the case here. We've been use Caliber for both our family and work vehicles for a few years and these professionals are worth me taking my time out to give them a recommendation. They're not a 5 minute, drive -thru type operation, they're thorough, fast enough, and they have a great facility. I drive a newer turbo diesel truck, there are countless things to check and these guys hit them all. Good veteran discount. Highly recommended, especially for those with little vehicle knowledge and or worried about being oversold goods or services.

I asked to check something plus oil change and by the time checking out did not tell me anything and me too only talked about oil change They did not re-zero my trip button as well In general the auto shop is not like before when Johnathan supervisor was there, really he was making an effort to always to make the customers be loyalty to choose and stop by this store instead of going to any other auto shop Thanks

I recently used Caliber for my annual inspection to get my TX registration. I've used them for a few years for two vehicles. I told them that I was pressed for time and Jose Rodriguez went out of his way to get my car inspected in minimal time. I greatly appreciate their professional, prompt service and will be a returning customer 😀 👍

I recently took my RDX in to have the catalytic converter replaced; the shop made arrangements for me to be dropped at home while the repair was being done; I needed my car back for use later that day and the shop was able to complete the repair and return the vehicle to me. I was quite pleased.

By far, this is the BEST car place ever! From changing my battery to repairing everything else on my vehicles without much issue, I love them. And so does my friend! So glad Caliber Auto Care is in my neighborhood! Everyone there is always extremely helpful and accommodating. When I had a flat tire, Chris came to my house and changed the tire so I could drive my car in for repair. They did a great job checking for damage, replacing the tire, etc. I highly recommend Caliber Auto Care!

This was the best oil change I have had. I use synthetic oil so the manager shared the brand so I was assured that I would get synthetic oil. He also checked and let me know if I had any other problems and even helped with a temporary fix till I can get to my mechanic. I’m sending my family to them as well because I can trust them!!
