Igor was amazing! As an older woman I worry that mechanics might try to take advantage of me. I’ve never felt more comfortable than I did with Igor. He answered my questions, showed me the inspection photos he took of my car and went above and beyond in explaining what he had done. Shockingly he didn’t recommend anything beyond the oil change I came in for. The service and rolls the mechanics have to work with are great. I’ll be going back and asking for him!

Eldorado and Coit location. They were able to squeeze me in for an oil change while I wait. Before checking out they didn't try and upsell me filters/wipers etc. While checking out they gave me tire measurements and said it not time yet but when it is they would like a shot to earn that business. Thanks Caliber Auto care for treating my car like it is your own.

Great Team at Caliber! Went in for an emissions test…. In & out in about 30-40 minutes! Very nice people! Clean and comfortable waiting area. On the NE corner of Coit / Eldorado. Check em out!

I found a screw in my tire, they got me in same day to fix it. Robert dug out 3 different pieces of metal from my tire, filled it back up, and didn't charge me! I was amazed and will be returning here for future maintenance.

Representative Bryce Vessel @ 11880 Coit Rd in Frisco Tx. is very knowledgeable, has excellent People skills & manners, he explains all recommendations throughly, & eagerly answers any questions. Caliber performed annual inspection on my “Ram”, there were 2 vehicles ahead of mine, Bryce estimated a 1hr wait, Inspection was completed & I was on my Merry way in less than an hour. I recommend this & all “Caliber Auto Care”location’s. Thank you Bryce

I always prefer Caliber Auto care. They respond quickly and deliver the vehicle on time. They diagnose the problem and provides detailed report on what has to be done with all the instructions.

I could not get my car alignment done correctly at NTB store, I brought the car to Caliber, their tech did 2 times and get the alignment done perfectly ! I bought 5 years alignment contract from caliber. Their customer service is excellent . They earn my business !
