Caliber Auto Care got me in and out took care of my Vehicle. I love the fact that they have a shuttle system, especially because I was without my vehicle. They did a great job with everything!

A fantastic place to bring your vehicle for service and repairs. Everyone is very attentive of your needs. I have brought my vehicle here several times now. All my service and questions were taken care of quickly.

Caliber is the worst place ever. Brought our car in and they replaced a large part, then it exploded with radiator fluid going everywhere. Then said it was an entirely different part. They fixed and then the part on top of alternator went out spewing oil. Once again they said it was entirely different part - and wanted to charge 1600 to fix. Will never go back.

Do not use this place. They fixed one thing on my sons Jeep broke another!! They refused to step up and fix what they broke!!

Got my oil change and state inspection done today.Didnt make an appointment and was in and out in about 1hour. Didn't have to drop it off and come back later which was nice.

Spoke to Mike over the phone about an oil change, asked about price for full synthetic and about the coupon posted on their website. Looks like he had an attitude, told me that he was busy right now and can’t talk to me, I was trying to schedule an appointment but he just hung up on me. That was a shockingly rude employee. Why would you pick up the phone, if you don’t have time to answer a simple question.

The staff is so nice and incredibly helpful. Service completed in reasonable time and we were very pleased with the work done and being kept up to date with the work we needed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Been going to Caliber for years now. They are always thorough with explanation of problems, giving reports on all parts of the car and great at communicating. Jeff on their team, personally went the extra mile to make sure I was well served and received the best deal possible. Would highly recommend.

I only needed a tire rim replaced I did have to wait a few hours, but they did exactly what I asked. Switch tires on a new wheel, balanced and put correct air pressure in every tire. Even took my old wheel and tire into the trash without an extra charge. My whole family will be going to Caliber Auto Care.

Ladies Beware! My daughter‘s car had the master warning symbol, and the message stated check headlights(high) I spoke with Christian on the phone. He said bring it in, the bulbs will probably need to be replaced. I brought the vehicle in and mentioned to the gentleman behind the counter that I spoke with Christian, he said to bring in the vehicle and told them what the issue was. One of the guys went out there to check the vehicle, came back in and said I don’t think both of your highbeams are working. The other gentleman named Max, went out to check the vehicle and came back in and stated everything seems to be working. I might need to replace the whole light kit. Max then proceeded to tell me they would have to do diagnostic on the headlight issue and it would take a couple of hours to do plus would cost $100 for diagnostic testing. I ended up opting out of his recommendation and went to O’Reilly‘s auto. The guy at O’Reillys took out the lightbulbs and said they were both burnt out. I purchased two lightbulbs, issue resolved! Max tried to scam me thinking because I’m female I would not know any different and I would just pay the hundred dollar diagnostic test for something that clearly DID NOT need a diagnostic testing!

Randomly took my Tahoe into Caliber (on 423 in Frisco) and I was beyond thankful I did. I was so surprised by how nice the facility was. Beautiful waiting room and even a play area for the kiddos!!! Jeff was amazing, professional, thorough and super helpful. Will definitely be back/recommend! 5-stars, hands down!

The Caliber Auto Care staff and mechanic professionals are the best I've known in 50 years. Service estimates are always given prior to job performance and I like knowing how much before hand. And a statement is given at completion. I trust Caliber to take care of my vehicle. Thank you Caliber.

Very happy with Caliber Auto Care. I was rece3iving notices from Carfax and Mercedes that my vehicle needed brakes. Caliber checked out front and rear and called me to let me know my brakes were good. They could have made a lot of money off of me however they did the right thing by letting me know every thing was good. I trust this shop to repair my cars!

First time using Caliber for oil change and state inspection. It was great! Kids play area! Coffee bar and even a lounge to watch some sports while the van was being serviced! Love it! Can’t wait to come back for my next service!

They don't know how to do a professional work there. I brought my truck to do a state inspection and didn't pass because my tail light was holding water(still working) and tint on my windshield. If you know your job, you can finished that with a simple visual inspection without connecting the scanner and call me to let me know first. (And you will keep me as customer) Of course they connected the scanner. End of the history I wasted my money and time. Now I have to wait 15 days to do that inspection again, for sure to another place. Never back there.
