Brought my truck in after the clutch went out. Jonathan and his team did a fantastic job on the repair/replacement. It took a little longer than I anticipated but it was well worth it to make sure it was done properly. I plan on coming back for more PM in the future

I had a headlight that was out and although I arrived minutes before closing, Carl and the team were both kind and courteous in replacing it for me. They assured me they would take care of it and did just that! Thank you guys!!!

I took my Porsche in for an oil change. They did not put my suspension in jack mode and when they lifted the vehicle they messed up the air suspension and had to get the car towed from their shop to Porsche Plano for repairs. The worst part the technician that did it, James Troy didn’t even acknowledge what he did. When I showed him he just walked off and hid in the back of the shop. The manager Derek tried to make it right however I feel like if your technicians don’t know what they are doing why are they working there. I have been to other caliber auto cares with much better results this crew is bush league.

What rude manager there it started on the phone when I tried to make an appointment for oil change and inspection as he did not want clients that Saturday ! I went anyway there and asked the guy why to be so rude instead to apologize he was even more rude so I decided to go to another place just near call Mr Lube where I got the services I needed with more courtesy ! Another comment I went in the past at Caliber and noticed after that my red light went on I wonder what’s happened ! Bottom line do not go to a place where the so called “manager” is shady and rude , the service is probably not very good neither ! beware

I recently had my car inspected in Texas and was extremely pleased with the service. The team was professional, efficient, and completed the inspection quickly. Their honesty and integrity were evident throughout the process, and I was treated with the utmost respect. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need!

The customer service as very good. Waiting for oil change is not 30 minutes as said. It took me 1hr and 30 minutes to get it done. I’m planning to the shop to fix the recommendations they have made even though some of the recommendations made was fixed a couple of months ago. After I get on the road , all the lights came on and I have to pull over and made a phone call. They told me to come back. Then I was told that I have to pay 100 dollars for diagnosis with. Also they told me that the lights are nothing to do with the oil change. Not happy the way it was communicated. I went to another shop and fixed everything with $35.

Stopped by to get an oil change. Five guys behind the desk. And when I asked how long it would take, they said 2 hours. Nope. Won't be coming back here, coupon or not.

I brought my truck in for my yearly state inspection and on top of doing it quickly, they also gave me a detailed health report for free with my inspection. Absolutely impressed I will definelty be back!

I was very happy to get my car checked with them. They explained me everything that could potentially damage my car, they give me some good advice to prevent any unnecessary damage for doing small maintenance. The customer service was excellent and professional. Recommended this place to everyone 🤝.

Caliber Auto Care is impeccably clean, Has a wonderful sitting area with a wide screen TV, And the staff is superb with wonderful customer service. I went to this establishment after Being turned away from the Jiffy Lube around the corner from my house Eight times in two weeks When all I needed was my car inspected.. I started in July and it is August 9. I went to caliber auto care on the service road of 75 N. With no wait time and had the inspection done in probably six minutes, barely enough time to sit down And catch a few minutes On African animals on the TV. The staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful and when I tell you, this place was clean I am not exaggerating. You could eat off the floors. They do All car services and I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience this afternoon

Came to Caliber with clearly diagnosed issue with transfer case. After charging multiple thousands in repairs cost, the issues wasn't even remotely resolved. In fact, it got worse.

They were Amazing!! My ac went out, and Steve was great! It was almost a chance I wasn't able to get same day services because I came in at lunch hour. He arranged it so I could and got me out in time to pick up my kids from school!! If you go ask for Steve!!
